Oh yeah, mom's got a diner, I tend to help out after school. Most people would probably hate this lifestyle but, I don't honestly, I even find it quite relaxing, aside from times when a drunk guy would come barging in and cause a ruckus. that's definitely not relaxing at all.
I just woke up and today is definitely a good day, just like every day. Because why would it be any different?
I slept like a log, there was this guy who refused to leave mom's diner, can't really blame him though, he looked like he was going through some tough times so I offered to listen to his stories.
Turns out, he just lost his job and his wife left him. I mean, I've heard of people like him but, that was the first time I actually met one who was in so much distress.
Well, at least today's a Sunday. Wait! No! Today's Sunday, what time is it!? I've gotta get to church quick!
