Richard had already briefed the task participants about their roles before and it went to show how coordinated the members of Real Delusion were. Deus had already given Richard the authority to lead the task participants on his behalf and because of that, the task participants obeyed Richard's arrangements.
They had done that before Richard had called Deus at midnight so they were already aware of their roles. Because of that, Deus didn't have to trouble himself in explaining the roles of every task participant.
One should know that despite being an unruly and chaotic criminal organization, the members of Real Delusion were quite good when it came to cooperating. After all, they all respected each other's boundaries, as well as all of them, were tied to one interest.
As long as two people had the same interest, cooperation would be easy as long as the two of them don't step on each other's boundaries as well as their bottom line.
