Deus and Richard exited Base 11 as they arrive at a clearing outside Base 11 where all of the task participants have gathered.
From what Deus has noticed, there were 200 task participants for the extermination of the Luo Clan. Not to mention, Richard had told him that there were many more members who wanted to participate in the extermination of the Luo Clan but Richard denied them since the participant limit of the task was already reached.
The maximum number of participants for a task was 200 members unless it was an emergency task that needed to be completed as soon as possible. But one should know that the participant limit that Deus had set for the task he had posted was only 50 members.
But since Deus had allowed Richard to include the volunteers for the task, the maximum limit for a task was reached. This meant that among the 200 members who participated in the task including Richard while excluding Deus, there were only 50 members who would receive the task rewards.
