Richard contacted his alliance members about the task that Skull had posted. He had already approved and posted the task so it was already in the task interface in the task room.
Richard was confident that there would be a lot of participants in the extermination of the Luo Clan aside from his alliance members. Even if some of the members of Real Delusion didn't have any grudge against the Luo Clan, it didn't mean that they wouldn't participate in such a task with a lucrative reward.
