Realius didn't have to worry about his subordinates betraying him since they didn't exist in the first place. He used his reality manipulation to create all of the executive members of Real Delusion and the majority of the senior members.
And since the executive members were the major decision makers in Real Delusion, it was tantamount to having Real Delusion in his control. So Realius didn't have to worry about them betraying him as well as he didn't have to worry about managing Real Delusion.
Realius could just leave the management to his executive members that were completely loyal to him while not worrying about any of them betraying him. Even if they did betray him, Realius could just create a more obedient one after he erased the existence of those that betrayed him.
