Aside from White, Black, Green, and Red, the other senior members also wore masks on their faces but it was that of an animal instead of color. There were a total of 8 senior members in the meeting room of Base 11.
Aside from the four senior members that Deus had already known, there were also Pig, Cat, Fox, and Dog. Of course, they weren't the only senior members of Real Delusion but all eight of them were the only senior members of Base 11.
There were different senior members and executive members assigned for each base of Real Delusion. But it was an unspoken rule among the other members of Real Delusion that they wouldn't bother with the internal affairs of other bases unless it posed a threat to Real Delusion as a whole.
So naturally, the senior members and executive members of the other bases wouldn't stick their noses in the promotion of a member into a senior member in Base 11.
