4th requirement:[Most have 1 ton of realm Phoenix blood]
5th requirement:[Most have 10 unity grade unicorn horns ]
6th requirement:[Most have 100 cleansing pills made out of diamond golem cores]

Wait death not imprisonment this was the thing that shocked them to their every vote as the places went silent they heard him say something
Azazel "Maxwell call the council were having a meeting as well as bring all files on all the servants,knights and council members at once "
'he was dead serious about what he said' was the thought of all those present dome felt lucky that they did not do anything but their were a select few that were sweating bullets

"Well now that you have all arrived let us begin this conversation don't you think"said Azazel as he set up straight crossed his legs and put his hands together
One thing was sure right that second that this was going to be a long heated discussion that might as well change the duchy, how they and the people look at the grand duke gor thus would be a change that would start a birth of a legend of the strongest being in the world
