Chapter 173: Disruption In Morgan's Lake
September sniffed.
She smelled like something she immediately recognized. She smelled blood. She turned around while maintaining her flight in the air while riding her broomstick. She saw the body.
She could see it as well as Junk and April could, even though she clearly wasn't as close as them. She turned her entire body around with the help of her magical broomstick, who moved through the air with her. She flew closer to the two members of her party and… No… Not only closer to two of them, but she was moving closer to the three current members of her party, Gill included. Because the body in question was his.
Gill was the one who was floating back to the shore. Seemingly unconscious. Not moving. And there was blood coming out of his head. September couldn't believe it at first, but it was true. Gill had been hit.
Was he? September thought to herself. Not wanting to think too much about the possibility of him being dead. There was so much blood dripping out of his head, forming a red river within the water of the lake, that it was difficult not to imagine it. April was still covered in Junk's semen by the time they've made this nightmarish discovery. Things weren't going well. They were having sex instead of searching for the cauldron shards and with
Gill being alone underwater for so long, scouting the lake on his own. Something bad had happened to him. Something awful. September finally joined Junk and April on the beach. She was still hovering above it, but she was finally able to reunite with the others and to reform the party. Whatever happened to Gill, it definitely felt like it wasn't an accident. Someone or something had attacked him. There was no doubt about it. Junk helped April get back up on her feet. Naturally, her face and her breasts were still dripping with Junk's load. She acted like it wasn't the case. What had just happened to Gill made her forget that she was still a sloppy mess covered in thick and warm semen. April was still wearing her bikini top and her heels, but not the bikini bottom, which had been snagged off of her earlier by the demon.
"It's Gill!" April was still processing the fact that his body was floating at the surface of the water and that there was so much blood all around him, and that she thought that it couldn't be good.
"What happened?" September asked the two, concerned.
"We don't know," the demon soon responded to her. Telling her the truth. He didn't know anything about what had happened. April didn't either. Then, it was at this moment that the Autumn witch noticed that April was covered in his jizz. She then noticed that the Minotaur's cock was still throbbing.
It was still quite hard as well. Semi-erect. His head was pointing at the witch. Almost as if he was still aroused enough to get it going if he tried. Even under all of these horrible circumstances. It could have been the fact that he was seeing April covered and dripping in his sperm on the beach. Or it could have been because the sensual witch he craved so much just showed up. It could have been a lot of things. But he also knew that it wasn't the time at all. He stepped closer to the body. He intended to take a look at him to see if he was still alive until September intervened and blocked him. She jumped off her flying broomstick.
"No surprise, you don't know what happened to him. You were busy. That's good. That's exactly the kind of thing I want you to be doing. At all times. But it caused this. He better not be dead," September prevented the Minotaur from inspecting the body and did it at his place. She leaned over, accidentally had her big tits jiggling a lot as she turned the body over. Gill's eyes were closed. He had a major wound on the side of his head, where the blood was coming from. She didn't notice him moving at all, so he was either unconscious or worse.
The fact that he wasn't breathing wasn't telling of anything, since he could only breathe underwater and was able to live for a long period of time away from water because of large pods of oxygen he had inside of his body next to his lungs. Typically, he could go a week without going back underwater, something he rarely did, but that he could do. So, at the very least, if he wasn't breathing now, there was no need to panic about it. The worst was clearly the wound on his head. It required to be taken care of right this second. Otherwise, he would be losing too much blood.
"Oh my God…" April was frightened by the creature. She didn't want anything to happen to him.
It wasn't fair, she thought. The three surrounded the creature. Was it too late for him?
"This is bad," the horned demon mentioned, grinding his teeth. Not enjoying the fact that one of the members of the party he was on during this mission had just been taken down like this.
"We can still do something for him. We can still‒" September was still optimistic in believing that it wasn't too late for him, but she was interrupted as she was about to give orders to her followers. She was interrupted by something that suddenly fell out of Gill's limp hand. She saw it. Or rather, she saw them: The two missing cauldron shards they had originally come here for. They were right there. Floating next to the bloody river in the water after accidentally falling off of Gill's palm. Then, April and Junk saw them as well. They were floating back in the water, farther away from them. It wasn't too late to get them back, but the more they waited and the more they were leaving them.
"The shards…" September whispered.
"He found them…" April mentioned.
"He found them for us," Junk was impressed. But then, as they were about to fetch the pair of shards from the lake, there were more movements in the water. There was a dark silhouette in the lake. It was coming their way. It was coming for them.
No.
Whatever that was, it was coming for the shards.
