Chapter 122 - Depositing The Shard

Chapter 122: Depositing The Shard

That was one shard taken back.

And that piece was brought back where it belonged, at home. But not exactly where it used to be, with all the other pieces, prior to the cauldron getting broken. The shard was brought back somewhere much safer: The Autumn Tower. It had been so long since Junk and April had been here. It was homecoming for them. Meanwhile, September acted like it was no big deal. She had obviously gone back here at least once after the event at the foot of the mountain, while the Autumn witch was separated from the others. She most-likely even went back to the tower a couple of times during that short window of time.

She had that flying broomstick.

She had magical spells. Lots of them. She could easily slip into cracks and make it back to the tower to accomplish different tasks or to pick different items or ingredients to prepare spells. September was leading the way as the group burst through the gates of the tower. Even though September had come here recently, the place was still just as dirty as it used to be. If not more. It was a mess. The place needed to be cleaned up. The tower was basically like a dirty dungeon piled on top of another dungeon that was even dirtier, then piled on another dungeon that was twice as dirty as the last one. September was a messy girl. Now, this soiled environment wasn't exactly something that was bothering the Minotaur, but it did to April. She didn't like to be in this kind of place for too long. Even though she had only just set foot back into the tower, she was already thinking about giving the witch a hand in bringing back this place as topnotch as it could be. April had seen the tower in a much better and cleaner place. She wasn't proud of September.

"Welcome back home," September said as she entered.

"Feels like we never left!" Junk placed his arms behind his head and stomped into the tower with a feeling of coming back home.

"Feels like we were gone forever…" April had a different feeling. She thought it had been so long since they left the tower.

"Well, it's true that we haven't been here since the attack, right?" The Minotaur was reminded of this because of April.

"Right," the adorable and pregnant elvish girl nodded.

"Let's get to the new cauldron room," September mentioned to the others, suddenly taking a turn without the dungeon in one of the many corridors on the floor they were in. Torches progressively lit up in the corridors as she sensually marched through them.

"The new cauldron room?" Junk repeated out loud.

"Interesting…" April briefly whispered, even though it felt like she had much, much more to say about this. She bit her lower lip. In the next few minutes, the group of three had already made into this new cauldron room the Autumn witch recently mentioned. September opened the doors and Junk and April discovered what this was all about other than this room being the new cauldron room as she called it. This chamber was a recreation of what her master's old cabin looked like in the marsh. Even though it was one of the many rooms of the Autumn tower, this chamber had wooden walls, a wooden ceiling and wooden floor. The room was filled with tons of different plans, all of them sharing Autumn colors, such as red, yellow, orange, and even a bit of purple there and there. Then, at the center of the room, there was a halo tube of light that was coming down from the ceiling. Floating in the light: There was a cauldron shard. The cauldron shard that they were able to obtain from the ghoul during the quest at the mountain. September carried the second shard in her hands. She stopped walking near the descending light and deposited the second shard in it. The piece began floating almost right away. The two shards were reunited. They floated.

Together.

Slowly, but surely, the two shards were connected back together. September's plan of repairing her master's cauldron had begun. It was only a small beginning, but it was something, at least.

"This is where my master's cauldron is going to be. We have to gather more shards. The more we get, the better it is going to be for us. Our goal is to gather all the pieces and to bring the cauldron back together before Lord Monsoon comes back. Do you understand?" the Autumn witch turned around and gave a serious stare to them both.

"We are going to do our best!" April adorably smiled.

"Better fix what I ruined, right?" the Minotaur agreed.

"Thanks for being here with me, guys. It makes a difference."

"Oh! Ah! Something is moving inside of my womb!" April said as she suddenly grabbed her pregnant belly. "It feels… It feels… Good…" she blushed and moaned. "It's arousing…" she mentioned.

"Let me feel it," September walked toward her elvish partner and touched her pregnant belly. "Oh, yeah, you are ready, the soul growing inside of your womb is ready to come out. No doubts."

"The pregnancy process is so fast!" Junk mentioned.

"Let me help you deal with this," September smiled as she wrapped her arm around April's shoulders and walked out of the room with her. Soon, they would be gone. The Minotaur turned around and stepped closer to the descending light from the ceiling. Took a closer look at the two floating shards.

Later, Junk was sitting on the edge of the Autumn Tower's rooftop. Staring and admiring the bright, full moon in the dark sky.

"Here you are," he suddenly heard a light and feminine voice behind him. The Minotaur turned around.

"April," he laid eyes on her.

"Look. I'm breedable again!" she told him. April was now wearing a green, (green represented her tribe, Spring) see-through nightgown. "And… Did you see my new outfit? It's a gift from Sep."
