It had black vertical pupils and was completely covered in flames. Its appearance was somewhat similar to the Eye of Sauron in the Lord of the Rings, but it was a little darker in color. There was also no extra emotion in its eyes, and it was extremely cold.

Its function was to witness the conclusion of the contract. Once the contract was concluded, any violation would be punished.
