Chapter 12 - Partner?

"Damn it!" Haman cursed in his heart.

He hadn't even seen the Microraptor just now. Although he had set the trap successfully, it had been intercepted.

And it wasn't the first time he had encountered such a situation.

He would always encounter such a situation in the wilderness.

He had no choice but to temporarily give up on the prey he was about to get.

It carefully moved along the tree trunk and prepared to escape in another direction.

The Microraptor was the only one who could climb trees on this grassland!

If he didn't leave quickly, Haman and the Microraptor might even be its food.

Then he slowly moved along the rough tree trunk, trying his best not to make a sound.

The Microraptor was still gnawing on the Microraptor's neck, trying to put the prey on the ground.

"Why didn't it just bite off the rope? Isn't it much faster than biting off the Microraptor's neck?"

Haman was puzzled, but he didn't stop leaving.

The longer he stayed here, the greater the possibility of being discovered, and the greater the danger it would be.

A familiar crack noise appeared again.

Haman climbed down from the tree and turned around, then he saw a Microraptor under the tree, and it was looking at him.

"Oh no!" Haman's heart was beating fast.

"So, this is the Microraptor of yesterday?"

Now that there were both dinosaurs on both sides, Haman felt that it was hard to escape.

"No, I can't die here!" Haman roared in his heart.

He glanced at the other side of the big tree from the corner of his eye. The Microraptor was still trying its best to bite the Microraptor's neck.

It was already half-broken, and it was about to break it.

At that time, Haman would have to face two Microraptor!

He grabbed a piece of bark from the tree and threw it into the distance.

The Microraptor under the tree saw a black shadow fly out and immediately looked in that direction.

Haman was like an eagle pouncing straight down from the tree.

With a bang, he landed several meters away from the Microraptor.

After rolling around on the ground, Haman stood up and ran.

He couldn't beat it, and he could never beat it.

He could only run away to survive.

On the other side, the Microraptor, who didn't care about anything and only cared about biting the Microraptor, immediately stopped biting after hearing Haman falling from the tree.

It also jumped down from the air.

And it ran towards Haman.

At the same time, the Microraptor, which the tree bark had attracted, also came back to its senses.

It ran towards Haman.

Picking up a branch that had fallen while pruning the tree branch, Haman ran towards the large group of dinosaurs.

It was undoubtedly a stupid decision to compete with the Microraptor in speed on the grassland.

He could only survive by risking his life and using the herbivorous dinosaurs to block the Microraptor, sot that he would be able to escape.

But Haman didn't expect that the Microraptor that jumped down from the sky seemed to know what Haman was thinking.

Since it was blocked between Haman and the group of dinosaurs, Haman stopped and looked at the two microreactors in front and behind him.

He knew that today wouldn't be a good day for him.

Clutching the wooden club in his hand, Haman turned his body and looked at the two Microraptors.

The two Microraptor's behaviour today was bizarre.

They seem highly unusual, whether they are gnawing on Microraptor or anticipating where they were going in advance.

The Microraptor that was close to the group of dinosaurs slowly approached. Haman was prepared to risk his life to try and survive.

However, he discovered that the Microraptor that was close to the big tree was slowly retreating.

"What is it doing?" Haman was highly puzzled. "Could it be that these two Microraptors aren't planning to kill me?"

No matter what, since these two Microraptor didn't have any intention to attack, Haman wasn't going to act rashly.

If it were in the wilderness, the dinosaurs that intercepted Haman's trap would only do two things.

First, they would kill the dinosaur that had entered the trap.

Second, they would kill Haman.

But the two microreactors in front of him seemed to be completely different.

Not only were they not prepared to kill him, but they didn't show any kind of hatred that Haman was familiar with.

The two Microraptor forced him back under the big tree.

One Microraptor guarded Haman, preventing him from escaping.

The other continued to jump on the Microraptor that was still hanging in the air.

It continued biting its neck.

Looking at the two fierce beasts in front of him, Haman kept thinking in his mind.

"Maybe?"

"Just maybe?"

"These two Microraptors have only never seen a human before, and they do not hate humans?"

"It is hard to say!"

After all, Haman was still ignorant. He even didn't know whether it was a natural place or not.

Finally, the Microraptor moved to the ground separately.

They pointed their tails at the trap that was still hanging in the air.

"Rearrange the trap?" Of course, they didn't understand what Haman was saying.

But fortunately, their intelligence wasn't low. As Haman gestured, they understood what he meant.

After a friendly exchange, Haman understood what they meant.

The two Microraptor wanted Haman to work for them because they found it much easier than hunting by themselves.

Haman had no better ideas.

He had to accept since it was their territory.

After rearranging the trap, Haman stayed in the tree.

The two Microraptor saw that Haman had no intention of escaping, so they let him go.

Standing in the tree, Haman watched the two Microraptors chase the group of compsognathus in all directions.

Some of them ran this way.

There was already a large group of compsognathuss standing under the tree.

That didn't need bait at all.

There were too many Compsognathus, and some of them would be trapped as long as Haman pulled the trap.

When the Microraptor came under the tree, the compsognathus was still struggling in the air.

The Microraptor bit off the compsognathus's neck once.

Scarlet blood spurted out from the compsognathus's slender neck, dyeing half of its body red.

Haman continued to set up the trap without complaining.

"Bang." A massive piece of flesh fell in front of Haman.

He looked up and saw a Microraptor motioning to Haman. This was the food given to him.

"Share Food?"

These two Microraptor didn't have any hostility toward him.

He was initially a little depressed, but now he felt so happy in his heart.

"Escape?"

"What?"

"No."

"Microraptor is my brother, and nobody should dare to oppose them since they are my brothers."

"It was all a misunderstanding when I escaped at the beginning!"

At this time, Haman didn't panic.

After wandering in the wilderness for so long, Haman could still hum songs and set traps.

After setting up the traps, Haman walked to the lakeside with the meat.

He washed the blood off the dinosaur meat.

There were only dinosaurs running on the ground, not in the sky nor the water.

Sitting by the lakeside, Haman was eating the fresh dinosaur meat happily.

Seeing the Microraptor working hard, he felt pleased.
