Inside a beautiful temple of Seldor, the biggest and most old temple of the country, a high priest was praying. Someone banged the door and entered inside the praying room with a loud noise. It was the king of the kingdom, Jack Verzus.
"High priest!" Jack shouted angrily.
The priest then around and stood up. He walked towards Jack slowly.
The man was around his middle age, but he look very young. He had grey hair, and eyes. He was wearing a clothe usual priest would, a white robe.
"What is it, your majesty?" He finally questioned.
"Why did u say the full moon is in one week?? You said it was in a month before I left for Helzon!" The engaged male replied, trying to calm down.
"I know. I'm sorry but it's the truth. For some reason, the moon had changed it's form and is becoming complete quite fast. Would you want to have a look?" The male asked as he was going towards another section of the temple.
"Of course."
The priest led Jack inside a room where the moon was visible. It was morning yet he could see the moon through the transparent ceiling.
The moon that was once a croissant was gradually becoming full, just like magic!
"What the..." Jack was shocked by what his eyes were witnessing.
"It will take around a week for it to be completed at this speed, your majesty." The high bowed in respect. "I dare not lie to you."

Aveline woke up in the afternoon. She had a good night's sleep after a long time! In her past life, she couldn't sleep because her manager would visit her and try to kill her for good. She had to stay up for long, long hours so she could still live. Yet, she had to die... unfortunately.
In her new life, she couldn't sleep well due to all the things happening to her. But she was now glad to know that Jack was loyal to the body's owner.
'Wait... either he is loyal or not, doesn't concern me. Why do I care? Oh right, because he can kill me...'
The blonde female held her throat as her hands trembled. She could feel her head getting chopped like a vegetable already. Mostly after she witnessed him changes his behaviours. One second he is normal, the next he might be after your life!
"Your majesty!" A female maid rushed into the room.
Aveline glanced at her putting her hands down from her throat. "What is it?"
"His majesty, he..." the maid couldn't talk long as Jack walked inside the room. He was quite gloomy, but he tried to not show it.
"Avi, I'm back." He spoke with a smile as he walked past the maid.
The maid quickly bowed and rushed out as if her life depended on it.
"W-welcome back." Ave slowly mumbled with a faint smile. She didn't have enough time to enjoy her freedom! Once more!
Jack sat on the red sofa decorated with a golden colour that was inside the big room.
"You don't look so happy to see me," Jack spoke as he looked up at the female standing still without moving much.
Ave came back to her senses as he had spoken.
"Ah no. It's just... where did you go? Did you go meet that woman again?" Aveline asked as she sat beside the black-haired man.
Jack was shocked by her behaviour, but he didn't hate it. He smirked, enjoying her reactions. He was down a whole ago but now he feels better.
"What if I did?"
"I will kill you and her! I mean..." she quickly covered her mouth with her hands. "I... didn't mean..."
"Hehe. I see. Then you shall do it if I cheat on you that is." The male slowly approached her face as he peeked at her cheek.
Aveline's face flushed red, like a tomato. She gasped and rose from the sofa.
"W-what the..." she mumbled as Jack sneered.
"That's a reward. You're getting border the more you grow from when you were a child. Saying that to the king, huh." He chuckled jokingly.
But for Aveline, it meant she was getting closer to her death.
'God... save me... this man is crazy or I am the one crazy!' She whined interiorly.
"Your majesty, do you wish to visit the palace?" A male servant knocked at the door as he spoke.
"Come in," Jack ordered.
The man froze. He thought it was only the queen that was inside the room. He slowly entered the room that was already opened.
At the corner of the room, he saw the king sitting and the queen standing up.
"Greetings to you, your majesty." The man bowed.
"Mhm. So you're giving a tour to the queen?" He asked although he knew the answer.
"Yes."
"Then you should take good care of her. If anything happens to her, you're dead." The man's yellow eyes shone but in a creepy way.
The man understood and bowed. "Yes, your majesty."
"Go enjoy the tour." Jack smiled at Aveline who was just standing there, watching the conversation.
"Alright." She hurriedly rushed into the bathroom to wash up.
'I better get going. The queen's welcome ceremony should be held soon but the full moon...' Jack sighed as he walked out to check out some things he need.

Aveline was looking around the big castle. She felt like she was in a dream. She didn't want to wake up if it was one anymore. It was the first time in her life, she got to enjoy a luxurious life, where there's at least one person who cared about her from the heart.
The White Castle was like that in the fairy tales she read when she went to school for the first time. It had huge towers surrounding the main building. Although the main building had one huge thin tower at the center of it. It also had huge windows for almost all of the rooms. The outside had a vast gate with large metal doors, a regular bridge and a whole line filled with guards to make sure the only passage into the castle is secured.
"Wow! So beautiful!" Ave shouted loudly in excitement.
The servant, Yves was glad the queen seemed to enjoy her visit. He curved his lips softly at the sight of the young female's smile.
"I'm glad you're enjoying this place, your majesty."
"Very much! Where else shall we go now?" She asked curiously and excited for the next amazing place she might visit.
"The garden. But I don't know if the king will permit it." The servant hesitantly replied.
"Oh... why?" Ave asked as her enthusiasm disappeared gradually. She felt like her dream was breaking and she was walking up to reality.
The reality was, she is not the real her. She is someone from another world. She wasn't supposed to be here. The one who was supposed to be here was the other Aveline, the one that got killed by her own stepbrother. She was a stranger. And Jack. Everything she got now was meant for her.
After rethinking it all, Ave walked towards the door of the garden. As she was about to open it, someone grabbed her hand.
