"Cash! John! Come for your dinner quick.", my mom called us. I obediently came downstairs as I was done packing my stuff. My father was sitting on the chair. "Good Evening father! Hope you had a nice day at the office . " My father lightly kissed on my forehead and replied, "Yes dear." I sat on the chair.
The pleasant aroma from the food filled the whole room. I delightfully finished my dinner and headed towards my room. I knew that healthy sleep was important to start with a fresh day. I just couldn't stop thinking of the trip scheduled for the following day. I was feeling excitement rushing through my body. Still I managed to fall asleep and slept well that night.
I woke up early and had a bath. I was a little earlier than usual for my breakfast that day. I felt the energy surging through my body when my father called me to help him in lugging bags and all the other packed stuff inside the car. "Hope you aren't forgetting something dear ", my dad said. I struggled to think if I really forgot something.
"Charger!", yes I just forgot my charger. I felt stupid and immediately rushed back inside the house to get my charger. I nearly stumbled upon stairs but somehow I managed to make it towards my room. I pushed open the door of my room and found the charger lying on the table. I picked it up. I stood mindlessly there for a moment and then gave my room a quick glance. Was there something else I was forgetting?
