OOMTOWN NOTE [SEPT 22 2021]: THESE COOKIES WILL COOK AND RISE LIKE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES. MAKES 70-100, realistically if you don't make miniature cookies. Mine are about the size of my inner palm. When balling, I cup hands like a clap and roll in oscillation.
OOMTOWN SAYS - "SO, bake them in balls, they will rise into domes. Have a wooden slotted spoon at the ready. Flatten the cookies to a uniform height with the slotted end of the spoon. the cookies should be about as thick as your finger. A slightly cracking in the 'skin' of the cookie will happen, this adds to the cookies charm and overall look.. which is very pleasing. (also, this does work well on peanut butter cookies)"
store at room temperature.
