I had a dream.
I sat above a boat by the lake behind the house, I can see our house on the right, clearer than ever shined by the light of the moon. I look back then and see a full moon half submerge in the lake, fuzzily waving as the soft wind blow.
A brighter glow caught my attention, two people stood so grim, I can see a glow moving, like the lady earlier but softer.
Then I woke.
I feel an empty space beside me and soon hear the door close. I hope to continue my dream but, I end up with frying pans chasing me.
With that, I just stood and head to the kitchen, and I see Aiden chewing on some lettuce, he greeted me with a good morning after finishing a leaf.
He sat in front my spot on the table. My brother serve us with some canned tuna just added with tomatoes and onion. Got up a bit late, sooo… just eat and go".
I silently eat, while staring at the man named Aiden across as he chews again, his eyes skewed to the side, and suddenly move to meet my eyes, he realigns his head to face me directly and he continues to chew as we have a silent staring contest, he looks like a rabbit and his chewing is highly distracting. But I stared harder, widening my eyes.
Snap snap
"guys eat" my brother snaps his fingers and then poured us a glass of water.
My brother finish his plate even before I finished mine, I tried to match the pace he is going for, I rush back to the room and changed, then I come back out and he is now ready to go.
He stuff his things in his backpack and bid Aiden bye, I followed.
"Wait!" Aiden called back as we took a few steps away,
He rush near to us and gave me snacks, and he look at my brother and fix his messy bed hair.
I pulled my brother's hand, urging him to go, but he told me to wait for a second.
Slightly frustrated, I let go and move bit by bit, looking back every few steps if they are done.
Then something caught my eye, a flower? On the grass? Upon a closer look, it looks like a bundled jasmine. I want to pick it up, but it suddenly moves, I got spook that I tumble on the grass. Once I recovered, I slowly approach the thing, and it looks like it hands are praying
"Hello?" I said, but maybe it felt my breath that it now looks like a white butterfly, and it flew and gone. I search around but then my brother called and we went away. The thing looks like an angel.
