Juliana and the agent look at Amon with hope. If they can get their hands on the texts Amon is talking about, then maybe they have a chance to stop this sick killer before he kills again.
"This book. Can you lend it to us?" Juliana asks.
"I don't have it here. It's in my hometown back in Africa," Amon says. Disappointment washes over Juliana as she hears this.
"But if it's for you, I can tell someone to send it over," Amon says. Juliana straightens up again and looks at Amon with hope.
"Will you do that?" she asks.
"How about Tuesday? Come by my place, I will have it by then," Amon says to Juliana. Juliana once again gets excited hearing this.
"How did you come across these texts?" the agent who has been silent for a long time finally speaks up.
"Inheritance, knowledge passed down from generation to generation," Amon answers.
