Three shards of ice went coursing high in the air, leaving such magnificent smoky trails, cold and white. It looks like a falling comet. So dazzling. So mesmerizing to watch.
Its beauty allured the 8-winged angel's attention. They couldn't help but stare at it as if they were bewitched. They almost let their guard down in their seat. Almost.
All of the sudden, Blaz [Cold Step]ed through them and thrust his blade to her back. Unfortunately, she neither got frozen nor stabbed.
The light they possessed was too pure for Blaz to freeze, while her wings hardened themselves into gold and stopped his sword from going further. He was a bit disappointed by it yet not at all surprised.
"Hmm... good to see you again Blaz, you're still as cold as ever." A sweet mature voice of a lady came out of their mouth. It was echoey, multiply layered like a refraction of light.
"Wait... miss Leaziel!?" Hearing them brought a spark to his memory.
