After finishing her meeting with Bree, Maelyn caught up to Kathy as she was bringing the meals for the crew to the tents. As she did she asked her, "So are you saving money by using your dragon fire to heat the ovens instead of having to buy coal or firewood or whatever you use?"
"Shh! Don't volunteer me for any extra work!" Kathy scolded her in a jokingly fearful way, "I'm already having to work extra hard to keep up with all of the meals we are giving out to people that Harmon was starving. But, now that he's been stripped of all those properties, the flood of folks will start to ease up over this next week or two as they get paid again."
