As Anton finished speaking, Maelyn grew a mischievous grin and, when Cassie had ended the broadcast, stated to them, "Oh boy this should be fun! Raisi hasn't liked me since he was just a lowly prosecutor and I was winning every case he would bring against me. But, after about the fifth or sixth case got thrown out by the judge because of me having more verifiable evidence to the contrary than he did every time, he finally started to respect my work. Or maybe he just started to grow fearful of me making a fool of him. Either way, every time we have met before, he has made clear his preference to speak with my male colleagues instead of me unless we are solely talking about whatever dig we are conducting. And I think that is only because he knows that I make sure I know what I'm talking about and don't make uneducated guesses about things I don't understand."
