"Why we gather here now, eh?" Grizsha was the first to talk out loud.
"It is regarding our future Dukedom." Thomas replied, "We have to be careful and keep it discreet. I trust each one of you to be a representative in this strategy."
"We are the best in term of strategy." Chan answered.
"However, this is regarding the Princess and the Duke."
"Is something happened? But I thought they are just gotten the Amandine Flower and Princess look good and healthy."
"Our future Duchess has asked a piece of land to stay out of the estate. The Duke asked me to prepare for it."
"What?" the people in the meeting was taken aback and started murmuring.
"She will leave us?!" Chan was screamed in disbelief.
"Truthfully, I heard she even reject His Grace for the second phase. But incident happened, and His Grace begged Her Majesty Empress to let her stay." Rosetta added her opinion.
"Aaah… We should help him. If we help him, it will help us. I don't want to cook for the blonde witch." Grizsha blurred out his harsh remark, "The Princess is humbler and more suitable to be our future duchess."
"Agree, that's why we meet now. We should help the Duke. He is so awkward. He has no experience on how to treat a lady nicely. Any idea on how we should do?" Thomas seemed to be in strong spirit.
"Pardon, actually, the orphanage children have long thought about this. But they were so hesitant because His Grace manner."
"Ah, Miss Paulette. I see that they are love the Princess so much. I agree with them though, Our Duke is rather worrisome in his attitude towards the Princess."
"Actually, if you remember they have written a letter to the Duke on how to treat the Princess. Maybe we can start from that."
"Oh, I read that letter too," Rosetta exclaimed, "The children have a wonderful idea, about reviving the greenhouse. It might touch Her Highness' feeling a lot. Princess love flowers and she love it a lot. She loves Empress' greenhouse in the Royal Palace. She used to tend the greenhouse secretly with the children. Even though, with what is happening, she was long pausing from that activity."
"Maybe we can start from that? Your thought, Sir Thomas?"
"That's actually rather hard. The Duke abandoned that greenhouse due to his memory of the Late Duchess of Callavan."
"How about we let His Grace do what he can first and we help to take care the mood of Princess. I will tell other maids to help the Duke in case some awkward moments happen."
"That's good. I will also disseminate this to all the staff."
"Then I will help in creating foods that improve the mood of the Princess and Duke. Food sometime can be a substitute for love potions. Hahaha." Grizsha laughed wholeheartedly.
"Then from my part, I will try to convince the children to help."
"About the greenhouse, I think I will hint His Grace about it again."
"Sir Thomas, maybe we can get help from the knights too. I mean me, Taek, and Felix were always around Her Highness. I am sure we can contribute to set out Princess and The Duke moods. Also, in barracks, we can help His Highness to at least remind him to Her Highness."
"Good idea, Sir Chan. I will certainly talk with Sir Nicholos about it personally, so he can arrange something with the knights and Sir Chan can help in disseminating this to other knights in barrack."
"I am sure everybody who involved in Calpara Quest was already aware about His Grace feelings. But maybe we can be proactively help them."
Everybody was delighted that they have same enthusiasm to help their Duke and the future Duchess.
"Then, we should wrap this up for now. I will invite you again in secret later on." Sir Thomas closed the meeting with a more positive spirit.
The group dismissed and back to their post.
