The ruler finally reveals his true identity which appears to be a demon, not just any normal demon. But one of the most powerful in all the lands and that's saying something considering he is the god of destruction or so they say.
The king had been searching for this elusive being for years, ever since the time his ancestors first encountered him, but it seems like he has finally found him. He knows that the demon will make a very interesting addition to his rule and with that comes certain benefits.
So far it's only been a year and a half, which is more than enough time to get used to such a lifestyle but the war is still raging on and he doesn't want to take any risks.
The demon was an old friend, almost as old as he himself, but that didn't mean he would go easy on him if their paths crossed again. It's now a year since that battle and he has never stopped looking for the demon, even when all hope has faded.
