Fate and coincidence seemed to be the main culprit. That made sense and made sense only. And yet… there was still something strange here, something which bothered me a lot. Something that wasn't quite right.
"So you brought me here? Where are we going? And why is it night already?" I questioned him.
I pointed out the obvious, trying to sound a little annoyed that I can't understand any of those things, as I tried to figure out how we could get out of this place without losing anything else.
It was clear that he didn't like being interrupted either. But instead of letting the conversation die, he kept speaking.
