When that figure comes into view, I found myself gasping out loud. The massive being staring down at us was unlike any creature I had seen.
Its eyes were red in color, the color of blood. Its body was covered in thick layers of scales as well, and its tail and horns looked sharp and sharp.
The thing's eyes were glaring at us from afar. The creature opened its mouth, revealing a large row of sharp teeth. The beast began to run straight toward us. As soon as that thing got near to us Aron, Aniela, and I raised our bows towards the approaching creature.
However, before the creature could even get closer, the beast suddenly halted its movement and fell onto its stomach with an ear-piercing screech. Then, it lay down flat on the ground in pain. The beast quickly lifted itself off of the ground and ran away.
