"I demand more than that! If not I wouldn't tell you anything even if you threaten me with that sealing power of yours…" I said that.
"Fine! But remember… if this request of yours isn't something that I could grant you with, you couldn't insult me. Just come up with something else." Goddess Enous said that towards me.
"Okay." I just hope that this Goddess could give me that, if not this is a pretty useless Goddess to me. "I need powers… something that could kill demons easily."
The moment the Goddess Enous heard what I had said, she let out a sigh. As if she's disappointed in my demand. "Shouldn't know you, humans… either wealth or power. That's the only thing you wanted the most. Should have expected that."
"You think I care! Just tell me if you could give me power or not…" I said that her opinion on the entire human race doesn't matter much to me. As long as I get the power to save someone that I hold dear.
"I could give you that but be more specific… as I doubt your body could handle the power that will be given by a Goddess like myself."
When Enous said that, I never really gave a lot of thought to what power I wanted to wield. That somehow makes me think about what power I want… As what Goddess Enous said might be true, my body probably would break if I got unlimited power from God.
But what sort of power do I need? A better light spells to crush the demons… or something more like-
I suddenly remembered something... As I have read a lot of light novels. The main character that has been transmigrated always had that ability, which I don't have right now.
That was the System!
As all of the Main Characters that had the system become somewhat overpowered in the story. Plus there's also a lot of advantages to having a system-like ability.
Knowing what I want, I quickly tell Goddess Enous about it.
"Could you give me a system?" I said that.
"What? System… is the name of a legendary weapon. I never heard of it before… are you sure that's-"
"You don't know what system is…" I said that in surprise upon hearing what Goddess Enous said.
Yet I then realize something… Of course, Goddess Enous doesn't know what system is, as that kind of ability doesn't exist in this world at all. I should have noticed it earlier… how foolish I am to ask something that God doesn't even have.
"Of course I don't know… you think I mingled with humans! Knowing what's the latest gossip, of course not!"
"Well, that's my bad," I said to the Goddess while thinking about what power I should ask then. Because I was afraid that the same thing might happen, I decided to see what power could the Goddess grant me. "Can I ask what sort of power you give me then?"
"Glad that you asked me that…"
The Goddess then explained to me the power that she could give me. I listen to it very carefully as this is a crucial part… If I picked the wrong one, I could end up regretting it and knowing I couldn't do anything to change it.
So I have to listen and know which one of the powers is good for me in the long run, and the power that allows me to crush the demons easily.

After listening to it… I realized that all of the power was related to one thing. It was the Light Affinity.
But it does have a different effect from each other, yet the choice was so obvious as only one of the powers stood out to me.
That was the power called White Arts, as it would grant me the power of all the light magics. I would be able to cast it instantly and know the proper way to activate it, as the knowledge of the arts will be embedded in my memory.
What's more appealing was that Goddess Enous mentioned that the White Arts was a power that was used only by the heavenly plane being, meaning that it's the power of the Gods.

"So could we hurry this one up? As I still haven't heard your story…" Goddess Enous said that.
"Just give me the power of White Arts," I said.
"I see that you choose that, a good choice indeed but as I expected. Humans do want the power of God."
"As I said, I don't care much about that. Just give me that power already… doesn't want to end this one quickly?" I said that.
"So come closer then… How could I give you that power if you're that far from me."
I then walked closed towards Goddess Enous as she also does the same. As we both stood near each other… We ended up gazing into each other's eyes.
"What the next-" Before I could even say anything further… I was shocked at Goddess Enous' action.
Out of nowhere, the Goddess kissed me on my lips. Her lips were so soft as they pressed against mine. I was so into the moment but I then came to my senses a few minutes later...
I'm feeling a little bit weird upon the Goddess action thus I quickly pushed the Goddess away from me.
"What the heck are you doing!" I said that while I was blushing real hard... I was confused about what had happened just now.
I couldn't figure out why Goddess Enous kissed me all of the sudden. As it doesn't make sense at all…
"Why are you embarrassed? You should be grateful that you're able to receive a kiss from a Goddess like me."
"You think I'm embarrassed! Of course not… I just wanted to ask why you're doing that! As you are supposed to give me power… not a kiss."
"I did indeed give you the power, but the only way to do it was with a kiss. As White Arts are the power of a God, thus you must be somewhat connected to a god if you want that power. Kissing is the better way to do it unless you want something more-"
"Stop! I know the reason…" I said.
Just like that, my first kiss was stolen by a Goddess…
