She asked softly "Where are we going?"
"You will know once you reach there."
Carl Black started the engine and drove away. There was silence for a long time. She was looking outside and he was busy driving.
After a long time, she turned her head to look at him and asked "What do you like to do other than teaching?"
Carl Black glanced at her and asked "Why did you ask this, all of a sudden?"
"I want to know you more." She paused for a few seconds and continued asking "What? Can't I ask you?"
He chuckled and said "Of course you can. I like reading."
She stared at him for a long time without a blink. 'How boring?' She said it in her mind but couldn't say it loudly. If anyone tells her to read, she might doze off. This man was really different from her.
"Am I that handsome?"
"Huh?"
"You are staring at me for a long time."
