This man seems to be at his late 20's
his height was around 172 cm, and has a chubby build, the man's face is what could be called 'below average'.

"Y-y-yes...." says the Goddess with a sorry expression on her face. "I was actually readying my bed to sleep but, I knocked my pillow off into the Mortal Realm, and you can guess what happened next, right?"
"So am I really dead!? Can't you just heal me then send me back to my world!?" asked Kudara.
"I'm sorry Mr. Kudara, but your body is already burned to ashes by the hospital you were sent to, they didn't really want to save some trash that they picked up in a trash bin. By the way, when you were hit you got blasted into the trash can nearby so..... Yeah, you really are trash aren't you?" asked the Goddess with an innocent look on her face, seemingly stating the obvious.
"Fuck! Dammit, can't you 2 stop insulting me in front of my face!?" asked Kudara.
"Well, don't be angry Mr. Kudara, I know that it was my fault, so I'm planning to reincarnate you and grant you 1 wish. You can wish for anything you want, and I will give you an appearance change wish too, as well as selecting any world you want to reincarnate in." says the Goddess.
"Really!? Then I'll take you up on your offer, I don't have anything to lose in that world anyway." says Kudara.
"Then please, state your wishes." says the Goddess.
"Then I'll start with my Appearance Change Wish. I want to be be as handsome as possible, with white hair, fair white skin, good build, and red eyes, cuz it looks cool." says Kudara.
"Wish granted. Good thing you didn't stick with your dog shit appearance." the Goddess said, while smiling innocently at him, seemingly didn't know that he was hurting the man's feelings.
".....(Fuck this Goddess I know I look ugly, but you don't have to call me dog shit.)" thought the Kudara while his mouth was twitching because of what he heard. "W-well for my World Wish, I want to be reincarnated to my old world." says Kudara to the Goddess.
"Wish granted. I thought you don't have any attachments to your old world though?" asked the Goddess.
"Well, I don't have any attachments to my world but I still want to rule over it, and get my own harem, no man doesn't want to have his own harem, right?" says Kudara.
"Un, well, state your Final Wish." says the Goddess.
"My final wish is I want to have a system to help me conquer the world, that has the functions of: Shop, Stats, Inventory, Quests, and a Love Parameter for my harem." says Kudara.
"Wish granted. Now that your wishes are granted, are you ready to go now?." asked the Goddess.
"Yes!" says the Kudara with a excited expression.
When the Goddess heard him, she snapped her finger, then suddenly Kudara was enveloped in a bright light, and his body was fading away.
"Well, Mr. Kudara, I hope that you will live happily with your new life. Bye, and I hope to see you again sometime." says the Goddess
"Yes, thanks for granting my wish Goddess. I hope we see each other again too." says Kudara.
When the Kudara finished speaking he completely vanished from the dark empty space, leaving the beautiful Goddess alone.
