It was a bright day for the Azuria Empire, even though the heavens disagreed. The sky above the capital city was dominated with dark clouds, roaring violently.
The circular cobbled ground of the central plaza, which had a beautiful marble fountain in its center, was starting to clog with commoners and some noblemen—accompanied by their servants, of course. The abyssmen peaked at the top of the execution scaffold, trying not to catch an eye of their noble masters, from the corners of the several paths going out of the circular plaza.
This plaza was a place of utility. One could find taverns filled with Slayers ready for any job for the right amount of gold, blacksmiths who were famous for their weapon forgery, the finest carpentry skill holders, and not to mention all the party places among other stone-bricked buildings, circling the borders of the central plaza, with the glorious marble fountain as their epicenter.
