Arold rushed with Joysaleen to Ryuzio as he fell after defeating Lexnal with that final fiery fist. He was wearing a smile, but Joysaleen seemed genuinely worried. She'd said that his last punch was made of much more than just Ether. But that only made Arold happier.
Ryuzio had used his own life to help Arold in defeating Lexnal. There was no one in the entire world who would sacrifice so much for Arold. Not a single person. Aside from a boy who'd called him a friend.
Hitryel reached Ryuzio first, propping his back against a pillar, both sitting on the ground. "What kind of idiot uses all of his Ether in a single fight?"
