Chapter 124 - invitation

(Magical realm. Time of invitations being sent.)

Luther had been sitting at his desk when a envelope popped up on his desk out of nowhere. Only powerful Gods could sent invitations to everywhere all at once without a messenger. So Luther didn't throw it to the side like most junk. This time he picked it up and opened it. Pink confetti went everywhere and a royal messenger hologram appeared as soon as he opened the ridiculous envelope.

"You are required to join the Wedding of Alexander The God of absolute power and Mazaya The Goddess of Wisdom and creations wedding. All Gods and Royals who have been invited must show. Anyone who doesn't show will be subjected to power restrictions or imprisonment." The royal messenger said before the invitation turned into pink dust.

Luther couldn't see anything in his office. He was sick of the royals and this just topped it off. He had basically lost all power to rule over the magical realm and now they found another way to Fuck with him. After what seemed like ages, the dust finally went away but he was no longer in his office. "Are you fucking kidding me?" Luther gritted out as he stood in a forest.

As he looked around he noticed people popping up left and right. And he also noticed he was at the wedding. He would not be staying he thought as he went to teleport and was unable to. "I see you were forced here to." A voice came from behind him. He turnt around to see Christopher.

"Did you just get here?" Luther asked Christopher. "Nope I've been here for like 2 hours. Our magic is completely blocked. I tried to use some to sabotage a few thing but I had no good fortune." Christopher dryly said as he looked around. It looked like no one else was invited.

"He's trying to Fuck with me. I can already tell." Luther said as he looked around. For over 60 years he had been powerless. He couldn't make anymore laws. He couldn't kill the Gods he wanted to without being trialed. To top it all off the bonds he created were voided since Mazaya was no longer his wife. He had nothing. Alexander took everything from him.

Christopher had been no help what so ever. His magic was nothing compared to Alexanders. Alexander had every ounce of power that was suppose to be Luther's. Luther spent thousands of years working for absolute power and Alexander stole it all from him.

Exodus had been trying to be supportive but there was nothing he could really do. He knew that only one person would be able to control Mazaya's powers and Alexander was that person. The only thing Exodus could really help with was giving Luther alittle information. If he killed Alexander he could work to control Mazaya's power again and gain what was rightfully his.

"There goes Alexander and Exodus. Let's go over there." Christopher said already making his way over there. Luther was quick to catch up. It seemed like Alexander seen them right away because he greeted them pretty fast. It looked like Alexander didn't have time for them because he left right after he treated them. Luther did not take it well. Luther was tired of being treated as anything less than royalty.

"We have to do something tonight." Luther angrily whispered. Christopher and Exodus looked at him like he had lost his mind. They were in the Royal realm and they would get killed instantly if they even looked at Alexander the wrong way. "I know you are upset son but we can't just start making reckless decisions." Exodus cautiously said.

He knew Luther kept his dagger on him at all times just in case. "You don't have magic. How would you even do it?" Christopher asked. "I would be doing it. You will and since we still have that bond up, You have to. Your luck should help you." Luther said as he discreetly put his knife in Christopher's inside jacket pocket before he walked away.

Christopher was just standing there frozen. It seemed like his Good fortune ran out and his luck had taken a turn for the worse. He would die today whether he succeeded or not. Luther didn't even listen to him when he said his magic wasn't working. It seemed like they would never truly have the friendship they once did. He was on his own even though this was Luther's plan.
