Amias and Yohann didn't follow after the three. Especially when Kaiden visibly showed disinterest in having anyone else tagging along besides the thorn in his side named Tobias. That man, on the other hand, had been trying to talk to Gideon on their way to the Gardens.
"So how did you two meet?"
"We met as kids…" Gideon didn't add the fact they were in an orphanage considering Kaiden was not an orphan.
'And earlier I just discovered that Gideon Lemery's Parents disappeared without a trace'
"We met at Aunt Valerie's Orphanage" Kaiden clarified Gideon's answer because he knew Tobias would try to pry into it more and make Gideon feel awkward.
"Oh…" Tobias was surprised. He knew that before Kaiden came to the palace and was introduced as the prince, he grew up with his aunt. He just never expected to hear that this fellow also came from that place. That being said, it meant Gideon was an orphan.
