David Brennon was taken aback by his words. He had never seen any hunter who praised other hunters in his life.
"Excuse me, Hunter Jason. Why do you..." Michael Connor, the young official couldn't help as.
"Who do I praise these hunters, right?" Jason raised his eyebrow at them and continued after receiving a nod in return.
"Because I, Hunter Thomas, Hunter Liu, Hunter Go, Hunter Christopher, and Hunter Siddharth are different from all the other hunters. If I have to say, then we're at least ten times stronger than your average elite hunter."
David Brennon furrowed his brows, finding it unbelievable.
'Just... what does he mean by his words? I am confused.'
*Heok!*
However, his confusion was short-lived as an invisible hand grabbed his body, levitating him in the air.
"S-Sir!" Michael Connor was startled by the change of events and pointed a gun at Jason.
"Put down Sir David down."
Jason chuckled and raised his second finger and the next moment, the young blonde was also floating with David Brennon.
"Hunter Jason, what do you mean by this?..." David Brennon nervously asked, his forehead drenched in sweat.
Jason shrugged his shoulder and released the duo. "I'm just proving my point. That's all. I've no intention to harm you. Only us six hunters possess this power at the current time so you should make haste or else you'll miss the opportunity."
David Brennon's eyes trembled in shock finally understanding his point.
Yeah! The power possessed by Jason was really unique. He had never seen anyone having such power. And there were six of them. If he got his hands on half of them then wouldn't America be the most powerful and secure country?
He clenched his fist in excitement!
Michael Connor noticed the joyous expression of his senior and spoke his mind.
"But Hunter Jason, why are you helping us? With this information, you can easily be steps ahead of us?"
David Brennon's mind shook by his junior words and he raised his head, staring at the young hunter for the answer.
Jason smiled, "Well, a mountain can never have two tigers. And also I just want you guys to owe me one."
His reply dumbfounded David Brennon and Michael Connor, their expression speechless.
After a few seconds, David Brennon laughed heartily.
"Hahaha, okay Hunter Jason, we owe you one. But I hope you will not share this with anyone else."
"They will not understand the value of it anyway." Jason shrugged his shoulder.
"Yeah. You're right!"
After a few more sentences, Jason took his leave.
David Brennon took out a cigarette and lit it up.
"What a dangerous fellow! What do you think?"
Michael Connor wiped his sweat and sighed. "It's like he can see the future or something."
David Brennon nodded his head and said. "You go... No. Let's go there and confirm it with ourselves. If what he said is true, we need at least two of them to agree and move to America."
"Yes, Sir," Connor agreed. "And what about his other request?"
"Ah, you mean giving half of his reward to the families of hunters who died. He is really a strange man. Anyway, do it. It'll also improve our image." David Brennon thought for a moment before replying.
And with that, both of them made a trip to the other five hunters, and much to their surprise, what Jason had told them was all true.
But to also make sure, they double-checked it with other elite hunters, finally concluding that only six hunters had the telekinesis power.
'What a strange hunter!... It sure is true that only a beast can recognize other beast or in this case a hunter of his own caliber.'
David Brennon chuckled, remembering about his meeting with Jason.
The next day, Jason boarded a flight with Go Gunhee and Sung Il-Hwan back to Korea.
The world's first S-rank gate raid had finally come to an end.
It also began a new era!
The huge spike in the appearance of the gates also increased the number of awakeners, which meant the number of hunters increased.
The society slowly transformed into being centered Hunters with the discovery of new technology that only worked on the mana stones and other materials that could be farmed into the gates.
With such growth, an organization was established to slowly control the situation.
And that's how the Hunter Association came into reality!
Not only that but the different classes and ranks were developed to differentiate between the hunters from weak and strong, the same went for the Gates and magical beasts.
The lowest rank was F with barely a soul in that rank all around the world. The rank E and D were also not treated well. They were basically considered canon fodders. C-rank hunters were considered decent, and worthy of being called hunters. As for B ranks, they could easily get jobs and even be appointed as bodyguards.
As for A, they were treated as Elites and were mostly appointed as the leaders of a small raiding team.
Finally, the S-class, the monster class!
All the hunters in that category were a force on their own and were treated as the main force of any team.
Aside from these six categories, there was also another but only 6 hunters had been able to enter that list.
National Level Hunters!
They were hunters who rivaled a nation's entire military in strength.
The National Level Hunters were incomparably more powerful than S-Ranks. As a result, they are considered to be the strongest hunters in the world and reign like kings in their home countries, exerting tremendous influence over society and doing whatever they please.
Also, a point system was created to give a rank to all the hunters, making a system to monitor these monsters.
And the top of the list was occupied by none other than Jason.
By the time, this system was created, Jason had already reached a level untouched by others.
Aside from the raid in America, he helped three more countries by solving the S-rank gate that opened in their borders.
And he solo cleared them with no one's help.
If that wasn't enough, he even donated 25% of loot to the governments of those countries to help the people who were affected by those gates.
Because of his such actions, his image was very good compared to others such as Thomas Andre and Christopher Reed who only moved if their interests were met.
He also was the first hunter to officially establish a guild with Sung Il-Hwan.
Go Gunhee on the other hand ascended to the position of the Association President, gaining control over the hunters and putting them under strict order.
Both Jason and Go Gunhee, fully controlled Korea, safeguarding the lives of innocent citizens who just lived peacefully.
After America and China, Korea became the third country to clear all of its gates completely.
