'Hmm... there is a wasteland in that place and yet it is protected by a high-level array. Strange!' Jason smirked to himself and flashed away.

The Law of Space is really one of the best for long-distance travel.

Jason didn't find any resistance from the barrier, entering inside the wasteland.

'What an interesting place! This place is somewhat creepy and seems like an ancient battlefield...'

Flashing away from one place to another, Jason quickly collected all the treasures he could feel inside the large place with his spiritual net covering the entire wasteland.

It included thousands of Spiritual Origin Fruits and some other rare herbs that could only be born from the mountain of corpses.

Aside from that, he also plundered all the other weapons and other useful artifacts from the corpses and bottoms of the cliffs, leaving the garbage behind.

Having an almost endless Inventory space was really something!

After that came the demon beasts. With such a place filled with countless dead bodies, the creatures living there were extremely tough with even the weakest being in the Black gold rank.

It almost took him an entire day before he finished.

"Now, there is only one place remains!" Jason observed the entire wasteland and murmured as his body slowly submerged into the solid ground magically...

"W-What... what just happened?!"

"W-Where did he go?!"

"Are my eyes playing tricks on me?!"

"Did I just see a human sink into the ground?!"

Somewhere in the deeper part of the Nine-Layered Deathlands, few figures could be seen watching Jason plundering the treasures and Spiritual Origin Fruits with dumbfounded expressions.

And just now they saw him sinking into the ground without even affecting it like a ghost, almost giving them the shock of their lives.

"W-What do you guys think?" A man wearing a long black-robed and hiding his features under the hood asked others.

"Why are you asking us? This is your territory. You should tell us what is going on here?" A robust man in the group looked at the black-robed guy and asked, pointing at the lake where the image was being played.

A young woman among them giggled and said. "Hehe... Brother Tian Hun, you're just asking the obvious. With how shocked Nether Master is, how can he even be acquainted with that young fellow?"

Glancing at the lake, she continued. "But you can't change the fact that the talent of that young man is really frightening. Not only does he have such a deep cultivation despite being suppressed by the laws of the Tiny World but he has even cultivated the Law of Time and Space to such a high level, almost close to perfection. The only reason he hasn't become the Spiritual God might be because the previous god is still alive perhaps somewhere."

Listening to her explanations, the others nodded their heads.

"Well, it's not like he had left the Nether Realm. And with how he is collecting the treasures, I'm sure he will soon arrive at this place." The Nether Master looked at everyone and said...

Jason on the other hand slowly emerged into a vast place.

'Hmm... I can feel a presence here.'

Jason slightly furrowed his brows, puzzled to find someone living in a tomb underground.

Walking into the depths, Jason could feel a dense aura of death in the place with bones strewn on the ground.

Jason narrowed his eyes and moved slowly, stepping on the place with no bones, reaching the end of the path.

After a minute, Jason came across a huge hall that was filled with water flowing with high currents.

Standing in the debris, Jason's eyes landed on huge walls filled with mysterious murals of experts battling in the sky. The depicted battle was very fierce and the casualties were disastrous.

What an intense battle!

Jason was amazed, looking at it with deep interest.

Pictured under a vast sky was a deep tunnel through a void that led directly toward a distant space. At the end of the tunnel stood a group of experts observing the scene. After this image was another mysterious and beautiful scene, showing huge floating islands with gorgeous mountains and rivers. The ruins of a palace floated among them, appearing very grand and majestic.

"This... so my theory is correct. There is indeed a higher world out there." Jason smiled excitedly. "And it seems the Spiritual Gods in the past were aware of the existence of that domain."

Finishing looking at the paintings, Jason continued onwards, arriving in an extremely vast area.

In the center of that vast space was a gigantic black heart, thumping nonstop with artery-like ropes covering the large part, even holding the black heart floating above the ground.

"Huh?... Someone can enter this place without getting detected. How is this possible? But since you're here then be my nutrient!"

A ghastly voice rose from the gigantic heart as multiple bundles of rope headed towards Jason and the horrifying death aura locked onto him.

Jason smiled and instantly disappeared just before the ropes could even contact him.

"What the... This power... Law of Time and Space! Someone actually cultivates this law! W-Where did he go?" The ghastly voice echoed in the large space.

"What a nasty little trash! Even a shattered divine spark dares to piss me off!"

Jason's voice sounded in space as black energy seeped out from the void and swallowed the gigantic black heart.

"W-What... What is this?!..."

"Since you want to swallow me then become a part of my energy." Jason appeared in the endless darkness, his face showing a devilish smile.

The endless abyss opened his jaw and swallowed the Death God, bringing him to the depths of Hell.

When the darkness subsided, Jason was the only one in that large space with no signs of that gigantic black heart around as if it never existed in the first place.

Waving his hand around, Jason created a small space around him, in the void.

Sitting in the lotus position, he closed his eyes, wanting to comprehend the Law of Death. With him devouring the divine spark of the Death Spiritual God, Jason was able to comprehend the law in just a few seconds. But rather than leaving, he continued to cultivate, wanting to comprehend the law to at least a satisfactory level.

A week passed in the blink of an eye.

The Nether Master and his friends at the deepest level of the Nine-Layered Deathlands, looking at the lake with a confused expression, furrowing their brows.

"Did he perhaps..."

"No. It's impossible. With his current strength, unless he comes across that person, I don't think something can pose a threat to him." Nether Master shook his head and spoke.

"Let's wait for a few more days before going there to check." An old man among the group spoke.

Everyone heard their words and nodded their heads.

"Wait! Look! He is out!" Just at this moment, they saw some movements as Jason appeared from the ground like a ghost, just like he did back then to sink inside.

"This aura!... He has cultivated the Death Law!" Nether Master spoke with astonishment. "Did he perhaps come across the divine spark of the Death Spiritual God which was hiding in the first layer of the Nine-Layered Deathlands?"
