I arrived twenty minutes earlier than the promised time. I chose the seat beside the window again. It felt weird to sit down across from my workplace on my supposed holiday.
To kill time, I took some magazines from the bookcase and flipped them absentmindedly. It was a fashion magazine, and not the latest edition I presumed, seeing the publication date was from two months ago. I was pretty much clueless about this field, so I only looked at the picture with little thought.
However, my hand had to stop when I found a familiar face among the pages.
There was a page with the photo of Alex smiling confidently in front of a building. As I read the article, it seemed the reporter pictured Alex as one of the most promising bachelors of the city as he succeeded in securing deals with foreign brands and opened a high-end boutique under their collaboration. Lilion's name was mentioned a lot in the article.
