Time flew by fast, and tomorrow was finally the election day. I was preparing my opening speech in my class when Cassian poked me using his pen.
"Can I borrow your pencil?"
"Sure," I replied and handed him my pencil.
"Thanks. What are you making there?"
"My opening speech for the election tomorrow."
"Tomorrow is the day, huh? I will be sure to come and root for you."
"Don't do that; just pray for me silently from afar," I said that, but I was pretty happy knowing there was at least one person who held expectations for me.
"Everyone would have their supporters with them. If I don't come, then you will be embarrassed, aren't you?"
"Not really. No one expected anything from me anyway, and I'm sure Aslan would be there."
"I see. Your cousin must be proud of you. I really hope you can win this." He said with a smile.
