I held my phone steady and made sure that Lilian's face was shown clearly on the video I recorded, awaiting the big revelation from her.
"Don't you know stalking and recording video without permission is illegal?" Aslan whispered from above my head, but I ignored him.
"Hey, don't ignore me!"
"Shut up, will you? If you are scared, then go away," I spat harshly. Half of it was because I was still pissed at him for the last time he lectured me, and another half was pure because his unnecessary rants started to get on my nerves.
"Who said I'm scared? I said that out of concern for you, goody-two-shoes! But you are not feeling grateful at all."
If it weren't for my undercover mission, I would just stomp my way out of here. I couldn't possibly win against him in a brawl fight, and logic wouldn't work on a muscle brain like him, so that was the only thing I could do. At least I got to keep my sanity by doing that.
