"I am in trouble," I murmured, hiding under the table with Bil, who, for some reason, followed me all the way to the back of the weird storage room. "How are you holding up?"
"Hmm? Me? I'm alright." Bil said nonchalantly, while trying to remain as calm as he possibly can, not looking at the creature steadily and slowly walking around the room. "Just a little … freaked out, perhaps."
Damn it. I do not care if he sees me but … I cannot show it to him if I want to ensure the safety of everyone in the school. I mean, I do not necessarily care enough about them all but the repercussions that will follow are not something I am too patient to care about.
No one can find out about us and the things we do, no matter how … mild, so to say, we use it. There has to be absolutely no room for doubts or any chance for them to think anything at all.
