The Succubus Queen is overjoyed to have the Dragon Avatars all staying at her hotel, the area might not be under the jurisdiction of the Dragon Gods, but the demons view it much like her hotel being the location of choice for visiting foreign dignitaries. Not just any dignitaries, but very important ones to the cities they have agreements with. So she's doing her best to keep them happy.
She even managed to arrange things so that we had the entire floor to ourselves, with only the hotel staff coming and going. Most of the Avatars settled in to do their afternoon work once they finished discussing the theoretical possibility of combined effort casting the new spell the Red Dragon had obtained. The consensus was that it was theoretically possible but highly improbable for their particular group, as they were lacking in certain skills that would be required to properly combine their powers into a cohesive whole.
