After a bit of prodding, Three Seventeen gives up the location of the portal they came through. That's all I needed to know, so she is left to her mate, and the few pack warriors Alpha Conway sends to guard her. She might be part of the pack by default now, but she's still a brainwashed Cultist who came here to attack their guests.
I'm going to head over to the portal alone, after informing Karl and Elder Song of the location, but Elder Song and Lelou both insist they're coming with me. Lelou is a bit concerned for my safety, and Elder Song says he has never seen the nuke spell in action and doesn't intend to miss it this time. I'm not as talented with it as Karl is, being a physical cultivator and not a proper mage, but I'm am capable of using it, and the Librarian is hoping that seeing it in person will be enough to inspire him, as he's currently stuck in his cultivation.
