"Spiritual Energy…?"
"It's a substance spread invisibly across the Space.
Technically, everyone is able to sense the substance, but it requires time and patience to adapt the energy into one's own body.
If you visit the Medicinal Garden, which is more like a jungle, and ask for a full body constitution analysis, the scientists can create shock serum that's perfected to suit the individual to allow for a seamless activation of the Élan Vein Circuitry.
To make the most of the serum and the newly activated circuitry, its best for the individual to dive straight into battle to settle the newfound power, abilities, and strength.
It's possible to also focus specifically on work from your specialised field, but it depends on the individuals will power to manage their Élan Vein Circuitry, which forms much like blood veins throughout the body.
So far, the Hassassin students who didn't go into battle to stabilise their Élan Vein Circuitry found greater results than those who decided to fight.
However, that hasn't stopped the others from training to develop their power to the height of the others.
One of our young scientists gained a bio-medical aspect to their new abilities, allowing them to perform to a greater extent in their field.
But to improve those abilities, the need to draw on Spiritual Energy is vital.
The Élan Vein Circuitry helps draw in and manage the Spiritual Energy as it adapts with the body, mind, and spirit."
Rashid's own V.P Intelligence displayed a video feed of certain Hassassin members drinking the serum, only to find themselves in a state of mind very few people could achieve naturally.
Many of the ministers and leaders of noble Houses were excited by the effect of the serum and its potential to lead their people through an evolutionary change.
Daniel understood the potential of Spiritual Energy after he and Ruby both took a dip in the Great Xoplis Imperial Essence Spring to purify their bloodlines while transforming the Élan Vein Circuitry to perform at a higher capacity.
"Is there another way to help our people activate their Élan Vein Circuitry and gain the ability to utilise Spiritual Energy?
The Shock Serum sounds amazing but to send each person to the Medicinal Garden isn't efficient, especially with close to 800 million citizens." The Patriarch of the Pendragon House asked.
His V.P Intelligence told him there were more than 20 billion people within the Space Ark and for all of them to visit the Medicinal Garden to be examined would be a logistical nightmare.
"There is… but I doubt the Child will bother to help everyone.
It's too dangerous and also straining on his mind." Rashid went on to explain the dangers of relying on the more potent substances to advance their evolution and development.
Daniel came to realise one of those substances happened to be the misty pinkish essence of the Great Imperial Xoplis Spring.
He remembered the excruciating pain that lasted for a moment, only for it to be replaced with a soothing presence across the body.
Daniel nor Ruby understood why the pain disappeared suddenly at the time, but after listening to Rashid, he figured Esmond had something to do with it.
Instead of calling his son or the other children for confirmation or an explanation on the subject, Daniel decided to restrict the dependency of potent substances to further the strength of the empire's people.
Maximilianto agreed with Daniel to enforce the restriction, whereas Rashid offered a middle ground where the use of the substances was able to infect the plants of the Medicinal Garden.
"If you use the potent substances as a water substitute for the plants then its possible to gain serums and potions that can be utilised by all of your citizens without any side effects.
Also, the Medical Clinics across the Space can be used to identify the specific genetic markers of its patients and send the information over to the Medicinal Garden.
This will speed up the process to help the Atlaestreous people gain their Élan Vein Circuitry, but this also comes with its own problems.
Once their aura begins to solidify, it'll be harder for normal people to be around them since they might cause harm without actually meaning it." Rashid warned the eager Nobles and Ministers because he already sensed they were willing to go overboard with the new information.
Using serums made from a mixture of herbal and medicinal plants that were watered by various potent essences would easily lead to users being overwhelmed by foreign energy that were difficult to process.
Rashid had to watch Aamir suffer extreme pain after overwhelming himself with several serums that used Universal Sentient Lifeform Springwater over normal water of the Space Ark.
At the end of the body transformation, Aamir walked away with an empowered body form that made him fairly dangerous.
Rahzil took over Aamir's training from that day on as he helped the Hassassin learn to control and manage his newfound strength.
Rashid could still remember the ear wrenching screams coming from Aamir as the 3 serums evolved the warrior to a greater state without losing his own humanity.
Carter sensed the trouble brewing near the Hassassin Headquarter's within the Space Ark and decided to alleviate the pain, sending it over to Esmond as he fought with the former Sect Leader of the Exalted Night Heavenly Sect.
…
..
.
The meeting continued on in Daniel's office, as the ministers and nobles also partaking in the conversation.
Rashid joined in as well but rarely as the subject moved from Spiritual Energy to sending the Atlaestreous people to the various colonies across the Solar System and seven island nations across the Earth.
However, Esmond was busy walking through the Star Alcazar that appeared within the deep blue nebula nearby Tryeous.
Carter allowed the megastructure to appear in its new home, outside of the Space Ark, after the 25 million new residents took up a place on the Star Alcazar.
From engineers to high ranked officers on the large bridge platform, every single member of the 25 million new residents was vital for the megastructure to survive in outer space.
Esmond couldn't help but feel astonished by the sheer size of the magnificent megastructure masterpiece that felt like a space fortress, capable of even destroying planets if need be.
Stretching over 150 km in length and around 45 km in diameter, the megastructure was enabled to not only house and run itself as its own self-sufficient ecosystem, but also produce some of the deadliest Starships in the Tartarus Zone.
The Organic-Synthetic Humanoid Maintenance Androids were scattered across the Star Alacar, as they took over most of the issues and problems that came up across the megastructure.
Designed to appear humanly as possible, the Citadel Androids gained a vast upgrade when Esmond gained the Elite Grade design schematics.
So far, Esmond only came across 5 different grades through the rewards issued by the System.
Ranked as Common, Uncommon, Mortal, Rare, and Elite, each grade offered something new and exciting to the rewards from their base design schematics.
In the case of the Citadel Androids, their Elite Grade design schematics offered a complex Neuronic Matrix Brain, which was the equivalent of a Quantum CPU.
Each Android was controlled and managed by a V.P Intelligence, but the Neuronic Matrix Brain meant they could understand emotions much like Basic A.I Spirits.
Though the androids would take a longer period of time to accumulate the knowledge required to gain emotional sentience.
The A.I World was crucial in helping the Virtual Profile Intelligences to gain emotional awareness, allowing the programs to operate with greater efficiency.
Esmond walked past a couple Androids communicating with the new local populous of the Star Alcazar as they continued managing the operational systems of the megastructure.
For a moment, he paused as a familiar face came across his vision while walking through the grand corridors on the ground level of the Star Alcazar.
.
"Aven?"
"My Lord?
What are you doing here?
I thought you might be planet-side with the Young Masters and Ladies." The Android Commander said.
Aven had helped Esmond during their battle against the Geth troopers within the Mass Effect world.
Since then, Esmond wasn't aware of Aven's development, but he could sense the Android Commander had grown stronger and improved its leadership skills from the heart of a battle to the management of a military base and organisation.
"No, no, I decided to send the Atlaesus Group with Layla, Amelia and May.
The girls wanted to lead their own team, but Elyh wouldn't allow it since he had to watch over them while they explored.
Other than that, Carter and his team have arrived to begin the mass construction of the planet with the World Tree roots embedding themselves into the core to take control of the land.
I've thought about going over to visit but there's a lot of work to complete here with plenty of people moving over from the Space.
Just establishing the different departments is making me crazy.
Hell, the Mercenary Association wants to head over with the first fleet leaving from the outer explored planets of the Zone.
*Sigh* I'm bloody exhausted, Aven…" Esmond went over and hugged the Android Commander like he'd seen an old friend out of the blue.
Aven felt surprised by the hug but reciprocated nonetheless with a smile across its face.
It'd been sometime since Aven saw Esmond once again, but the V.P Intelligence never expected to be greeted as a friend instead of a subordinate.
"So, what's new with you Aven?"
"My Lord, after my first battle commanding the Android Army, Master Kane decided to begin the training of the Virtual Profile Intelligences, with myself and other Commanders leading the simulated wars within the A.I World.
Once the training was complete, I was selected to lead 30,000 forces of the Spatial Ark Star World to take over Madagascar within a fortnight, including the installation of infrastructure and public services.
Before I was redeployed to the Star Alcazar, the construction of the Deep-Sea Highway began under my watch, which leads through Mayotte, Comoros, and Quirimbas, off the coast of Mocimboa da Praia, Mozambique.
This linked Madagascar and the islands in-between with the mainland of the African continent." Aven sent some data to Esmond pertaining to the Deep-Sea Highway to display the work that'd been accomplished so far.
Even a video feed to the live construction of the highway was available to Esmond, however his attention wasn't bothered with Earth anymore.
Instead, he had to gain a foothold in the Tartarus Zone while also seeing the Counterworld of Earth to discover the Gods and Legends of Myth.
Esmond was already aware Africa was undergoing a transformative development that saw the continent quickly develop into a hybrid of Afrofuturism with Arcology Skyscrapers that contributed to the ecosystem of the city, its people, and the land it was constructed on.
Each nation and its unique culture would add something new to their specific cities and towns, all the while respecting the African heritage that spanned back to the Cradle of Humankind.
It wasn't the only nation or land on Earth that was seeing explosive development.
Yemen found its Imam and President that sought to change their homeland into a paradise.
Unlike Dubai, Yemen saw itself turn into an oasis where nature thrived and spread across the largely flat-topped hills and rugged mountains.
Unique cities were being developed alongside a young stable government that raced to remove the traces of terrorism that infested the coast lands of Yemen.
Much like Africa, Arcology incorporated Yemen's rare landscape into the building designs to partly adapt around the mountains and hills.
Esmond understood Arcology meant the fusion between architecture with ecology, a comprehensive urban prospective, but with the vast open lands in Yemen and across Africa meant it could flourish much better when a steel jungle didn't surround them from all sides.
Currently, the Arcology Skyscrapers being constructed in New York had many problems in relation to the local environment and half broken city infrastructure.
Leaving the problems for others to deal with, Esmond began to focus instead on Star Alcazar as he entered the sublevels of the megastructure where repairs and construction of Starships was taking place.
Aven joined Esmond as the two continued to discuss the future of the Mega Space Station, especially with the Heavy Carriers shipping off soon to collect the new residents of the Star Alcazar.
While the two talked amongst themselves as they viewed the mammoth operations undergoing in the depths of the Star Alcazar, Rahzil complained aloud at the shockingly powerful development of the Vaadan Region on Stovi and the in-mass tourists coming to see the 'New World'.
Many came to see the beauty of the region that previously reeked of death, coldness and the unknown, however a large number moved to find peace from the cruelty of Stovi and its many Kingdoms and Empires.
