"Reigo… tell me.
How have the Atlaesus people adapted to your Master's Hidden World?"
"~Lord Maximilianto, according to the latest reports compiled by the administrative Virtual Profile Intelligences, the citizens of the Atlaesus Empire around the world have connected with Master Esmond's forces in some way or another.
Around 78 percent of the people decided to enter the Spatial Ark Star World to conduct extra training, while the remining 12 percent decided to stay behind and maintain their position amongst society.
However, everyone has accepted Master Esmond as their True Lord.
The 12 percent that remained behind have also linked their businesses with those of the Space's, so they've come to understand the strength Master Esmond wields if they have doubts in their mind.
Besides, they have the ability to connect with the Atlaesus citizens in the Spatial Ark Star World.
So far, they've come to love the new activates and ability to meet with the various races of their new home.
The Knights of the Empire have started their training at the Military Facilities through the use of the Educational Training Pods.
All of the Houses have supported the True Lord and sent their Knights and abled bodies to undertake training.
Other than that, students have poured into the Educational Zone District of the Space and found themselves fitting in quite well over the last two weeks.
Regent Imperial Crown Prince Daniel has facilitated the integration of the Empire seamlessly with more administrative roles being taken over by the Celestial A.L Egos.
Regent Imperial Crown Princess Ruby has persuaded the Ladies of noble Houses to try their hand at business and personal ambitions within the Spatial Ark Star World.
Most have found themselves entering similar industries, but each business is offering something unique.
Some companies have already asked for approval to expand their operations outside of the Space and enter the Mars, Venus, and Mercury Colonies.~"
"I see…
Is my dear wife enjoying her time in retirement?"
"~Actually, she has taken over the management of the Cabin Manor.
The staff she brought over from the Imperial Palace as well as those who already worked at the Manor are now under her control.
She has stated that it's her responsibility since Regent Imperial Crown Princess Ruby is busy leading the Empire and the children have to focus on the Space.~"
"*Sigh* Xariyah is stubborn and unwilling to change, but she has every right at this point in her life.
Anyway, how long until we arrive at the Institute?"
"~Approximately 5 minutes. ~"
Maximilianto, the retired Emperor, relaxed inside the Zathra Expanded Invictus SUV, which Reigos transformed into.
The Cybertronian was gifted to Maximilianto temporarily so he could tour around the Spatial Ark Star World with his Imperial Knight and aides joining along as well.
Johilem couldn't help but feel overjoyed by the prospects brought upon the Empire because of the True Lord.
After meeting with the Guardian Spirit, Johilem and the other members of the Empire who felt uneasy about entering the Spatial Ark Star World finally accepted the new fate and destiny of their people.
Most of the new citizens were afraid of the Spatial Ark Star World because of its strangeness from what they knew as home.
But the accepting nature of the people who already called the Spatial Ark Star World home, helped people move past their unnatural fear.
Igdra and Carter moved the region of the Empire to be closer to the First and Second City of the Mainland, so the citizens quickly found themselves travelling around different areas of the Space.
Some people travelled over to Stovi and visited the Vaadan Region, while others went over to Astelan and found themselves in love with the lifestyle of the Primordial Xrian Creed.
Maximilianto particularly wanted to go visit the Septum Aecors of Terra Kingdom, which was undergoing some refinement with the help of the Atlaesus Noble Society.
The first decision made by the new society was
They already accepted the Lost Continent would become home to the Imperial Capital of the Altaesyxrian Imperium as it rested perfectly in-between the modern, developing, and 'third' worlds.
Esmond activated the Lost Continent Reward right after moving the Atlaesus Empire into the Space.
Because it spread across the equator between South America and Africa, before moving towards North America, the mysterious powers of the System essentially removed the continent from the main physical plane of Earth.
The Lost Continent now existed on a different plane while still connected to Earth, so the people on the new land saw the same sky as everyone else on Earth.
It just meant ships and satellites in space wouldn't notice the continent until Esmond was ready or 2013.
Whichever came first.
.
Esmond didn't utilise his Sovereign State Creation Orb just yet, since he wanted to see the Lost Continent flourish with life.
It became known as Arktrian, as Esmond planned to name one of the cities on the continent after the mythical city, Atlantis.
Jones worked hard to ensure the seas and rivers of Arktrian would be clean and safe, while Rath, Ace and the Direwolves watched over the wildlife.
They helped breathe life into the empty continent while the leadership committees finalised the designs, culture, and laws of the soon to be established Altaesyxrian Imperium.
Esmond decided to hear everyone's thoughts first during the Necthea Conference before planting the Sovereign State Creation Orb.
Maximilianto, Daniel and other members of the Atlaesus Empire were invited to the Conference, even though they weren't fully aware of the advance technology in the Space.
Some members of the younger generation were invited to help the older leaders understand the technology.
Zaro found himself seated beside the current ministers aiding the Regent Imperial Crown Prince, even though he wished to be home playing Stellar Wars since the Atlaesusian Syndicate grew into a mammoth business both in the game and out.
Because the Guardian Spirit felt attached to the people of Atlaestreous, its newfound powers allowed it to help increase the complexity of their Virtual Profile Intelligences.
This helped the Atlaesusian Syndicate become a major power within Stellar Wars.
It also allowed the Atlaesusian Syndicate to establish offices within the Spatial Ark Star World.
They wanted to create Starships of their own, based on the ships produced within Stellar Wars and Zaro, as the President of the Syndicate, believed it was entirely possible to kickstart their influence within deep space already.
Some of the Virtual Profile Intelligences in their control had taken an Android form and established a resource transportation and distribution centre on planet Vucope.
The Mercenary Association tightly controlled the planet and maintained fair justice, so the larger Ark Alliance decided to call it their first headquarters in the Tartarus Zone.
Zaro sent the advance Virtual Profile Intelligences to establish their own network across the Vucope, but since the Syndicate was considered a business enterprise of the Alliance, it received a great deal of resources and help from Esmond.
.
"Alright, to those who don't know the rules, we don't use titles or anything of the sort here.
At most you will be addressed with the title of Mister.
Otherwise, everyone here is on the same societal level because science and education come first.
Now Raqsa, please begin the Necthea Conference." Esmond directed everyone's attention from himself in the auditorium to the Us'Theraei Clansman who stood up at Esmond's call.
"Thank you, Sir.
First off, I would like to inform you all that the construction of the Citadel, also known as Star Alcazar, has finally finished.
Final tests of the Station Operational Systems are happening right now, but we're assured the tests won't find anything bad.
Cargo is being loaded onto the Station with its crew close to ready as well to head out into the Tartarus Zone." Raqsa further explained the new systems added to the colossal space station.
The scientists of the Atlaesus Empire lost themselves in the design schematics of the Star Alcazar, which would soon become home to millions of people.
This included members of the Atlaesus Empire who wished to enter the Tartarus Zone to help the Ark Alliance, but first needed to receive qualifications from the Interplanetary Combative Training Program.
Raqsa explained specifically to the Atlaesus participants of the conference that the troubles in the Tartarus Zone exceeded their first thoughts.
"So far, the Ark Alliance Fleet has come across dozens of Pirate Fleets who hope to bring down the new fish within the Zone.
The Titan Class Starship has helped our space fleet stand out but its also provided us enough area to contain everyone that's been captured.
According to our liaison at the Mercenary Association, we've only come across small pirate enterprises, but it won't be long before stronger parties come to fight us.
The Star Alcazar will help the Alliance stand out far too much in the Zone and it would definitely cause a war that'll cost many lives.
But at the same time, it'll help establish the Ark Alliance as a force to be reckoned with."
"Can I ask how the Star Alcazar will be managed in the Zone?
I understand that it will house 100 million people easily, but would we be filling it out with people from the Space?" Jeskyl, a Ph.D physicist in the field of dark matter and aide to the Regent Imperial Crown Prince Daniel asked as he examined the recorded data of the Citadel.
"Currently you can apply to head outside of the Space and settle in the Tartarus Zone, but it requires certain qualifications.
All of it pertains to surviving in the harsh landscapes of deep space.
Star Alcazar will become home to travelling members of the Tartarus Zone, while providing security from Pirate Fleets and creatures of the Zone.
The plan is to increase the number of Citadels in operation since the design schematics allow for the space stations to link together.
Right now, the construction drones and androids are working tirelessly to produce four more megastructures within the next three months at the very least.
We should have a Starbase prepared within the next few months as well, but the Citadel's provide us the best adaptability across the Zone." Carter said before his explanation turned to the Marble Galactic Communication Satellites, which were being sent out across the Zone.
Ark Alliance already saw some success in their communication network business on Vucope with Interplanetary Organisations requesting access.
"I also hope we can open up opportunities for people within the Space to expand their businesses.
The Atlaesusian Syndicate has already shattered most expectation we had of them with their business operations.
They easily made their name known across Vucope with their idea to sell fresh produce.
Zaro, if you don't mind, could you explain to us how you decided to sell fresh produce?" Janet, a member of the Necthea Institute board of educators said before she directed her question to Zaro.
"It's actually quite simple.
While playing Stellar Wars, I came to notice that there was a lack of fresh produce sold across the galaxy.
Everyone bought Nutrition Bars and Liquids to satiate their hunger or bought Food Printers to produce physical forms of food.
The Food Printers used bugs and their meat to create the synthetic substance that could be printed as requested.
Since we're all born and raised on planets, it would be impossible for us to travel through the stars for too long without proper solid foods.
That's why we started selling options to add kitchens and tools to ships so people can store and cook their own meals while travelling in the Zone."
Zaro sent everyone data that pertained to their successful business operations on Vucope, stunning most of the participants within the auditorium because they didn't expect the Syndicate to receive hundreds of millions of customers in under a fortnight.
The Atlaesusian Syndicate President actually thanked the Da Vinci House and their Bloodline to adapt their unique equipment to suit Starships of all sizes.
They also focused on creating new Food Printers and Gels that used real fresh produce and meats, instead of nutritious insects.
Vucope, a planet that housed 10 billion people, found itself chasing after the fresh produce and meats that were rare and hard to find in the Tartarus Zone.
The planet barely had enough space to donate enough land to produce fresh produce on a mass scale, so the Atlaesusian Syndicate sent the people scrambling for fresh food.
.
"Ark Alliance representatives were called to ask for a larger presence on the planet.
The government hopes we can help them produce their own fresh produce while at the same time allowing the Atlaesusian Syndicate to take up the market." Malisska Rivslen, a G.A.E Human scientist stated.
"Then I would like to suggest my Aerofarming Skyscraper structures.
Clearly, we can use Stellar Cores as a power source, which will in turn help manage the operational systems of the building.
Lady Igdra will help settle the soil of our own Aerofarming Skyscraper but those of the Vucope government can ask us for manure to help hasten the production of their fresh goods." Sikreo, a Aephaelian scientist displayed the designs of his Aerofarming Skyscraper.
One of the proposed design plans displayed a 225-floor tower that reached up to 1,200 metres.
It contained a combination of residential homes, hotels, and stores along with the Vertical Farms of the Aerofarming Skyskcraper.
"Submit the project to the Ark Alliance - Necthea Department.
We will go over the details before enacting the plans." Said a spokesperson for the Ark Alliance.
Raqsa decided it was the perfect moment to move onto the next topic of conversation and discussed the Empire.
.
"Secondly main topic of discussion is the Empire of the Space.
The island nations of Septum Aecors and the Atlaesus Empire have the Space will endorse the Altaesyxrian Imperium.
This includes the Tertius Fleet being constructed right now, which will serve under the banner of the Altaesyxrian Imperium.
Some adjustments have been made to increase the size of the army, but with the Barracks Summoning Station active, we've drastically increased the number of trained and qualified officers.
As such, I would like to submit the request of many military officers who wish to see a refined military organisational structure."
"I'll suggest the Military is set up to be led by an admiralty council who will answer only to the Lord and Celestial A.I Egos.
We have plenty of Commanders littered across the Military but they're being led by Kane and Vaazakra, which isn't bad, but it goes to show that the reliance on the Celestial A.I Egos is far too much.
Commanders such as Fox, Cody, Oscar and Aksel have done an outstanding job so far, but we need a proper military power structure because the forces are growing too large for the current Commanders to lead."
A Yautja Clansman spoke up.
Zye'kri was annoyed by the lack of order from the commanders above since it nearly led to his squadron being discovered in the African jungle.
While out on a mission in the middle of the Congo, Zye'kri and his squadron came across a hidden army that tried to hide deep within the Congo.
Unsurprisingly, they were hostile in nature and attacked Zye'kri and his squadron, using missiles and jungle fire to attack.
Zye'kri and his squadron successfully took down their enemies but not before they gained some injuries.
When Zye'kri returned to the Space, he placed a complaint with Kane over the conduct of their Comannder who should have supported them in battle.
Esmond was made aware of the complaint since it was of a Commander Esmond promoted himself.
Nedric and the Fett Clone Commanders helped educate the promoted Commander, but it wasn't easy to gain experience so easily.
.
"I agree with Zye'kri.
The Barrack Summoning Station has already spawned several Admirals who've started refining the training program for future Admirals.
At the same time, we need to establish an appropriate system for the Admirals to also gain promotion from their position.
This could be anything from overseeing a section of deep space and managing their own fleet." Esmond decided to voice his support.
"If that's the case, then might it be possible to contract some of the Ship design production to private companies?" Nighmora asked.
He knew the Thazukraans within the Space largely found themselves bored and working on numerous projects to pass the time.
Because the race preferred to take on scientific roles, they found themselves busy inside of the Virtual Labs working on various projects.
Nighmora wanted his people to expand their working capabilities from beyond the reliance of the Virtual Labs.
"Yes, it is possible.
However, those who've partaken in Stellar Wars will find themselves ahead of the rest.
The student team Stexos is a perfect example of this.
They formed the team to create a modern-day assault rifle that exceeded other weapons on the market.
Their weapons are currently bought and operated by our soldiers in Africa.
As of now, Stexos has been formed into a weapons manufacturing business and now they've started producing weapons systems for Starships." Tulluan, the Dean of the Necthea Institute said while showcasing the amazing work of Stexos.
Nighmora grinned after hearing his Master, and immediately sent out a message to the Thazukraans who were anxiously waiting to hear from him.
Many of them rushed to the Business Centre HQ to form their businesses and request land for manufacturing in the future.
Some of the Thazukraans students jumped into Stellar Wars and started to work on their Starship and weapon systems.
One of the Thazukraans student groups decided to expand the various cultures and history apart of their new company like Stexos.
They saw benefit in joining together with other races so their collective thought process wasn't one tracked.
.
"Besides people contributing their efforts to the Military, we need to organise the working structure of the Altaesyxrian Imperium Military.
I'll work with the current Military leaders to establish a working a structural order by the end of the week.
It'll include the Citadel Security Order, which needs to be in working order by the time Star Alcazar is sent out into the Tartarus Zone."
Nedric declared he would take on a larger role in organising the military, since he wanted the Shadow Intelligence Agency to make sure there weren't any underlying issues.
Everyone accepted his authority, especially the military figures who knew the man wasn't someone simple.
Even if everyone considered each other family because they came from the Spatial Ark Star World, Nedric was an enigma that only a handful of people knew about.
