While they all hunted freely, Esmond dealt with the cultivation world of Astelan and the nonsense surrounding the newly established Primordial Xrian Creed, which changed up from the initial Primordial Sentry Creed name.
Starfleet Engineers came through and set up Transporter gates in-between Outer Wing and Inner Court sections of the Creed.
They were also renamed to not create such a separation between the Outer Sect Disciples and those from the Inner Sect.
Esmond chose to rename the Outer Wings as Chapters which fed the formerly Inner Courts, or now known as the Creed Chambers.
Previously, those selected to be brought over into the Inner Courts would understand the central part of the mountainous region contained the most dense and abundant amount of Spiritual Qi Energy.
Kizelar already had a solution to help distribute the Spiritual Qi Energy equally across the entire mountainous region to help further the progression of those training in the Chapters.
Based off the data collected by Carter, the Spiritual Qi Energy would draw more potent energy from deeper in the mountain valleys to help adjust the less density of the Spiritual Qi Energy in the central area of the mountainous region.
By the time Esmond arrived at the Red Tortoise Chapter from the Space, he noticed the influence Kizelar had place on the Raibeelze Library helped dramatically increase the strength of the Creed cultivators and their knowledge base.
Many people tried their hand at the training rooms of the Raibeelze Library that were known to help cultivators feel enlightened during their practising sessions.
Wang Jie took one of the larger rooms for himself to use for long term as he tried to get back the years lost being unable to develop his strength.
Others took over in his place for the time being while helping the engineering teams of the Space and Construction Androids to bring the Creed into a modern and futuristic age.
Mortals of the land around the Creed and those settled within had changed their minds about the new powers in place.
People loved the food, accommodation and opportunities provided to those who couldn't take on a career path as cultivators.
Heading over to the Spatial Ark Star World was an option for most people who came across the offers provided by the Creed once they graduated from the educational institutions.
Esmond found the members of the Creed were focused on repairing the damage done to their home, especially those in the Central Primordial Creed City which saw most of the mortals leaving because they felt afraid of cultivators.
However, they quickly learnt from staying in the Chapters that everyone wasn't like the mindless monsters within the Central Primordial Creed City.
Since those considered as monsters by the mortals had died, it left behind plenty of bad memories from the past that made it difficult for them to stay behind.
.
Esmond eventually travelled from the Red Tortoise Chapter to the Central Primordial Creed City where the location underwent a complete visual and foundational improvement.
Plenty of cultivators from within the Creed and those brought over from the Space all comfortably roamed around the Central Primordial Creed City as they prepared for a festival.
The Creed had yet to announce their new Leader and management system, but majority of the people already knew it was the man who killed Kang Mu.
Even the Elders and past disciples of the Sect who were protected had come out and tried to fix up the issues of the Creed and former Sect.
While they all raced to prepare the Creed for the celebrations, Esmond met with the previous Elders who served the Sect and its Leader in the past directly.
Liao Zhen called him through Rahzil to come and meet the people that'd help deal with the issues of the Creed, while others also wanted to see their need leader.
Funnily enough, they all believed Liao Zhen made some foolish mistake by accepting Esmond as their new Leader with most people believing they should instead lead the Creed.
However, after they saw Esmond enter the newly established Grand Hall of the Creed which largely reduced the chaotic designs of the previous Grand Hall, every Elder held their breath back when they sensed Esmond's strength.
He decided to emanate his temperament through the control over his own aura, however as someone who'd lived beyond 1 billion lifetimes, the effect of the aura contained the collective mindset Esmond had developed over each life.
Liao Zhen, who sat in the chair of the Grand Elder which rested nearby the main seat of the Creed's, couldn't help but wonder how Esmond possessed such wisdom that it needed to be locked away.
He could sense its sealed presence deep within Esmond that couldn't be unlocked unless havoc and chaos was desired to run free.
Certain Elders who joined the meeting with Esmond had to grip their seats to keep themselves awake and conscious.
Only after Esmond noticed the Elders were close to passing out that he finally withdrew his aura and took the seat of the leader while staring coldly at the Elders who all just went through a battle of the wills before Esmond started the war of the minds.
.
"Rahzil… why was I dragged here?" Esmond chose to ignore Liao Zhen for now and talk with the Reborn Lich to understand why he was called.
The Elders of the Creed, bother Inner and Outer were all seething with rage but held off from making any rash decisions as they already knew about Rahzil's connection with their future Leader.
Liao Zhen found the situation amusing and quite hilarious after seeing the Elders clenching their fists.
All of them were like little children in his eyes getting angry over needless things.
He knew Esmond wanted to stoke the fires just a little to make the Elders understand who was in power, after all he didn't wish to see another internal war.
"*Sigh* While I didn't wish to drag you here for such a simple matter, the Elders… both those from the Chapters and Chambers… don't approve of Kizelar's new position.
Actually, they believe it's an insult to the Old Man." When Rahzil addressed Liao Zhen without using his title and calling him an 'Old Man', all of the Elders lost their reasoning and started shouting at him for the disrespect he'd shown.
"How dare you say such disrespectful words to our Grand Elder?!!
Do you wish to die by our hands?!!"
"I'll break your head open with my bare hands you fucking brat!"
"If I get my hands on you, I'll make sure to shit down your throat, so you understand what a rude asshole you truly are!"
All kinds of profanity and curses were thrown out that made even made Liao Zhen blush from embarrassment that the Elders would behave in such a childish manner.
Rahzil understood why his words caused such a reaction from the Elders, but he couldn't care one bit.
He had his own friendship with Liao Zhen plus he hated how the Elders that were saved by Kang Mu and hidden, believed they could strut back into the Grand Hall and reclaim their authority and power easily.
Having closely overseen the changes happening to the Creed and the mountainous region it controlled and owned, Rahzil noticed all sorts of powerplays happening in the shadows.
They did it all in the means to keep themselves in power before the new changes took away their strength.
Unsurprisingly, they all lost in front of the strength and power within the grasp of the Spatial Ark Star World.
Nedric quickly found people planning to take out competing forces to gain their previous strength and put a stop to their plans, even sending large number of units to arrest certain individuals.
Even an old Elder who use to serve as part of the intelligence for the Exalted Night Heavenly Sect found himself arrested once he tried to start plans to kill Esmond for his own strength to grow.
Today, he was part of the crowd of Elders and screaming his head off at Rahzil, but unfortunately for him, Esmond knew of his transgressions.
"Silence…" Liao Zhen gently said; however, his voice was like a sharp sword as it silenced every Elder in an instant.
"Thank you, Old Man…" Esmond slyly said while attracting the fury of the Elders, but none dared to say a word now.
They could only watch and listen to Esmond.
"First off, let me explain it to you that Kizelar and his Raibeelze Library will become a cornerstone of the Primordial Xrian Creed.
Not only that, Kizelar will receive the title of Grand Scholar within the Creed…
If you dare have an issue with this ruling, then step forward now." Esmond made it clear that he wasn't going to accept any sort of disobedience.
Rahzil turned to look over at the unruly Elder who already made his way forward to stand before the others and Esmond.
He first greeted Liao Zhen before even beginning his addressment to the rest.
"I, Xuan Ling, greet the Grand Elder of the 'Exalted Night Heavenly Sect'!" roared the furious and aggressive Elder who wanted nothing more but to sit on the main throne within the Grand Hall.
Liao Zhen accepted Xuan Ling's greetings before turning to look over at Esmond, who already had a glint of madness churning in his eyes.
"I do not accept this outsider receiving such a prestigious name.
Not only that, but I do also not accept the outsider on the throne of our Sect Leader!
You might have slayed Kang Mu and become the Hero of this so called 'Primordial Xrian Creed' but let me tell you this Boy!
Your audacity to call yourself a Primordial, who are no less than Gods, is a foolish mistake and clearly visible to tell us you aren't worthy to lead this Sect!
An idiot like yourself should at least understand you are nothing but dirt and ash before a true Primordial!" Xuan Ling assumed his words would resonate among the crowd of Elders who all looked at him, but what he forgot to sense was the change…
The change in Esmond… who uttered the same words as he prepared for battle with Kang Mu.
"Break…"
In an instant, Esmond felt a surge of power and emotions turn the Grand Hall into a frozen pit of death.
For some reason in his psyche couldn't take being called a fake Primordial, as it triggered something deep within his cells as a Primordial Great Noble.
Before Xuan Ling knew what happened, Esmond sent out a surge of Lifeforce Energy from his eyes and burned away any defence the Elder had before impaling the man's head till it burst like a watermelon.
Blood, and brain matter that was charred spilled across the Grand Hall, with Esmond looking on from his throne.
His cold eyes told everyone that he wasn't pleased nor was he happy with the situation that clearly felt on the edge.
"Now… let me repeat what I said earlier…
If you want to speak up, go ahead, but DON'T YOU DARE QUESTION MY ORIGIN!!
IS THAT UNDERSTOOD?!" Esmond couldn't hold back this time and used his Lifeforce Energy to thoroughly terrify everyone within the Grand Hall from trying anything to hinder him.
Even Liao Zhen had to steady his mind and Martial Core once Esmond used the power of life to amplify his fury and anger.
Only Rahzil felt comfortable and happily sat nearby Esmond, drinking some of the new soft drinks developed within the Spatial Ark Star World.
"Hmm… could do with some improvements…" Rahzil said, but his words carried throughout the Grand Hall and reached the ears of everyone in a heartbeat.
Everyone looked over at him, annoyed at Rahzil feeling comfortable enough to drink anything before Esmond.
"Good…
Now let me explain what I am doing and why before some other trash thinks it is wise to speak up." Esmond said before clearly his throat.
It was a message to everyone to listen quietly before making any judgements… within reason of course, unless they wanted to end up like Xuan Ling.
"Grandmaster Smith, Halkgon Starforge, a High Dwarf will become the Grand Smith of the Creed, who will help improve our weaponry, infrastructure, and power within the region alone.
Other than that, you will begin to see Elves, Dryads and even Fairies who all serve the Creed and me…
If anyone dares to do anything to harm any of them or the other species that'll join our Creed, I assure you… death won't be your end!
Lastly, Grand Elder Liao Zhen, for failing to leave your Exalted Night Heavenly Sect, the management of the Primordial Xrian Creed will largely be left in your hands since I have matters to attend in another world.
Are my orders clear?"
"As you wish, Creed Lord!" Liao Zhen knew he couldn't fail here and made sure to give his full support to Esmond.
While he didn't like it being seen as a punishment, Liao Zhen understood Esmond wanted him to manage the idiotic Elders who would definitely try something with him in a different World, unaware there were eyes on them at all times.
