Chapter 134 - Primordial Superhuman vs. Cultivator: Part 2

Esmond could sense the changes happening to his body, down to the molecular level as his body erupted with tremendous power.

For a moment, Esmond believed his body might explode as the sudden surge in power nearly roasted his organs, however his Universal Sentient Lifeform Essence Energy drilled through the immense heat within Esmond.

Quickly cooling down and stabilising Esmond's unleashed power, his Universal Sentient Lifeform Essence Energy rippled across the body, kicking the dormant Universal Sentient Lifeform Body Refinement Physique which helped heal any damage to the body, inside and out.

Once the Universal Sentient Lifeform Body Refinement Physique reached Grade 1, Esmond wouldn't have to worry about his body ever gaining harm or sickness, but it was still quite a few levels away until he achieved Level 100.

Even if Esmond was close to invincible on Earth after taking the Golden Sentry Serum, he still worried that there would be someone stronger and just as impossible to vanquish.

A small part of him thought about reading a Superman Comic and enhancing his body further, yet Esmond feared the harm of Kryptonite if he gained Superman weakness as well.

Who knew if there was a material in the known world which Esmond might react badly to if he gained the Superman physique.

Regardless of all that, Esmond felt relieved his body would implode after the power within him calmed down.

The only ones who were furious at Esmond were the Xrian Organism Cells in his body, that grew in strength and numbers while feeding on the surge of power.

They were still being fed energy, which was just as potent as the power exploding before, however its aggression was gone.

Xrian Cells loved aggression and anger, since they fed on a mixture of Internal Body Energy, emotions, and state of mind to help them achieve metamorphosis.

Esmond wasn't sure he could reach that point in his battle against the Sect Leader, but the Xrian thought overwise since they were attuned to energy and emotions, they sensed the Sect Leader might push Esmond beyond his limit.

Just as they about to tell Esmond their combined thoughts as an organism, the Sect Leader launched several distant sword slashes to get a sense of Esmond's strength.

The Sect Leader tried to use his Mental Energy to help him gauge the 'mortal' before him, unfortunately for him, nobody could ever match Esmonds Mental strength after living through enough lives that the Earth was the closest being in age.

.

Esmond let the energized sword slashes implode against his body to test out the Sect Leaders strength and the durability of the clothes on his body.

They were made from the new textile fabric, Volatile Nitor which was used to create causal clothing to be sold throughout the Spatial Ark Star World.

A few stores of the Foenyx brand were opened across the 'Seven Seas Kingdom' Esmond somewhat established rudimentarily since he wasn't set on a name for his Empire.

Even then, the public wouldn't come to know anything about the new lands on Earth or its ruler, so Esmond just planned to wait.

.

The sharp crimson colour of the dense energy whistling through the air towards Esmond and crashed against his torso.

To Esmond's surprise, the Volatile Nitor material was able to absorb some of the kinetic energy from the Martial Energy based sword slashes, but after taking several attacks landed on his body, the clothes started to struggle managing the stored kinetic energy and wanted an outlet.

'Time to see what kind of strength I have…' Esmond thought to himself while grinning like a kid on helium.

Esmond kicked off from the ground, leaving a large crack in the ground which started to splinter under the force of his great strength.

Charging straight at the Sect Leader dressed in dark tones and deep blue dressed on the trim of the clothing, Esmond jabbed straight at the Sect Leaders jaw.

Moving as if a blur in the horizon, Esmond's actions were too fast for the Sect Leader to keep track of, leaving himself in a poor situation where his defence meant survival.

However, the Sect Leader wasn't one to defend but rather attack, which always left him in rough situations yet after Esmond's punch connected with his jaw, the Sect Leader understood this battle was one of survival.

Esmond moved in a flash to wrap his arms around the back of the Sect Leaders neck after which he charged his knee into the Sect Leaders gut.

After three heavily and fast knee strikes to the gut, Esmond stepped back to give the Sect Leader a moment to breathe.

"Fuck!!

*Spit*

I wasn't… expecting this… hahah." The Sect Leader couldn't help but cough up several mouthfuls of blood, only to spit them out onto the tiled flooring mostly destroyed by Esmond's heavy steps.

"I wasn't expecting you to be this… weak…"

Unable to hide all of his emotions, Esmond sounded disgusted as he looked at the Sect Leader with expecting eyes for a strong and worthy opponent, yet all he found was a meek man who desired the power to rule above the need for personal strength.

.

"You don't need to sound so condescending…

The fight has only begun and yet… you treat yourself as the victor."

"I'm not the one needing the support of these tacky gothic black pillars to stand up on my two feet.

Now… tell me… why have you unleashed your full strength?

I can sense there is more to you than what you're showing." As much as Esmond didn't like the Sect Leader who allowed depravity and corruption destroy the history of the Sect, the man wielded greater strength than he displayed.

Esmond could sense the Sect Leader had locked away his strength as well which appeared to be close to his own current power levels.

"Well… *Spit* we haven't even introduced ourselves to each other, no?

I'm Kang Mu… the Sect Leader… of the Exalted Night Heavenly Sect.

*Cough* What about you… actually… I can't call you a mortal with that kind of strength.

Ugh… *Spit*Cough*… so who are you?" Kang Mu stretched slightly, using the pillar to support himself and as a point to lean on.

He accepted Esmond wasn't a simple foe and someone who possessed enough strength to make the fight a worthy battle of life and death.

Though he cursed his past actions that led to such a situation occurring in the first place.

.

Esmond decided to answer the man's question, even if he didn't really have any answer to the whole 'mortal' dilemma, he chose to be faithful to his kind, even if he was the only one of his kind.

"You could say… I'm a Primordial… but I got by another name.

Esmond."

"The Primordial… Esmond.

*Spit*

Shall we put everything on the line…?" Kang Mu asked, even though he knew the answer already.

"I wouldn't have it any other way." Esmond smiled while he watched Kang Mu unleash the latent strength of his locked away at his core that'd been building up through the new techniques he'd practised over the last few decades.

Kang Mu Aura burst alive and covered his entire body before condensing and strengthening itself until Esmond could feel the surging power coming from his opponent.

'Finally… a worthy fool…' Esmond thought as his body, mind and soul focused completely on the battle ahead.

Even the Xrian prepared themselves for the fight to come as they believed it might give one of the cells a chance to metamorphosis, kick starting the process for the rest of the organism.

Esmond wasn't aware how much his power would increase once the Xrians went through metamorphosis, yet the cells themselves told him that they could double, if not triple his strength, but it was all speculation for now.

.

Kang Mu charged at Esmond while wielding his sword that was covered in his Body Aura, a combination of his Internal Body Energy and Sword Energy melded together with the power of his body core physique.

If he were to slash out at Esmond with his sword much like earlier who have torn through the clothing and probably left a light gash across the body that most likely would have drawn blood.

However, Esmond wasn't foolish enough to let Kang Mu land several attacks as freely as he did before.

Kang Mu cut and slashed at Esmond in close combat, but none of his attacks landed.

Esmond weaved around the continuous attacks and dodged faster than a speeding bullet, knowing full well the blade in Kang Mu hands would carve a deep gash across his body.

Not one to be afraid of harm befalling his body, Esmond rather understood the power Kang Mu carried with each strike could build up enough to cause some serious damage to his body.

Esmond waited for the right moment to take action to counter Kang Mu attacks, but it became harder and harder to find a gap with the Sect Leader increasing his speed and attack efficiency close enough to land a deadly blow.

'Ugh, screw it…' Esmond couldn't help but focus on his vision and push his Internal Energy to build up in his eyes before discharging it as High Energy Beams at Kang Mu, burning onto his chest and pushing him back dozens of metres.

Since it was the first time Esmond had used his eyes to shoot out the High Energy Beam, he felt a sharp stinging pain in his mind, thankfully the Universal Sentient Lifeform Essence Energy helped ease the sharp sting through his head.

"Fuck… me dead." Esmond cursed aloud while heavily blinking his eyes to adjust his vision which had blurred after launching his attack.

Though when his eyes cleared up finally, Esmond only saw a small crater where Kang Mu slammed into from the force of the High Energy Beam.

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!" Kang Mu screamed his heart out at Esmond as he snuck up to attack him from behind.

Before Esmond could move Kang Mu landed a critical hit on his shoulder, leaving a deep gash around his collarbone.

Close to cursing once again, Esmond held off so he could focus on Kang Mu position, unfortunately it wasn't so simple.

The Sect Leader increased his aggression once he felt the burning sensation of his chest.

Holding nothing back the Sect Leader decided to charge ahead at Esmond, even summoning a second weapon from his Spatial Ring to increase the rate of attack.

"I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!!" Kang Mu shouted, using his aggression to fuel his attack however it didn't last long before Esmond started to dish back his own attacks with great force.

There were many gaps left by Kang Mu which Esmond took advantage of and replied back with his own series of deadly punches and overcharged kicks.

Esmond swept his arms out wide and grabbed the back of Kang Mu head before slamming it against his own several times until Esmond cracked Kang Mu nose ridge.

"Don't think I'll die so FUCKING EASILY!!!" Esmond replied as he tightened his grip around Kang Mu head before charging his eyes again to send another High Energy Beam into the Sect Leader.

Sadly, Esmond couldn't land the decisive attack to end the battle, with the High Energy Beam clipping Kang Mu neck once he struggled out of the tight grip.

Grabbing a hold of Esmond's waist, Kang Mu flew in the direction of the nearest pillar to slam Esmond against, all the while he felt Esmond's heavy punches breaking apart his back.

Barrelling through a pillar roughly 5 metres wide before crashing through a wall, the two landed a dozen or so metres away from each other, exhausted and in pain.

The two individuals dragged themselves up onto their two feet, coughing and spitting as they steadied themselves.

"Monster…" Kang Mu said as he looked on deeply at Esmond.

"Beast…" unable to hide his stupid grin, Esmond smiled at the idiotic Cultivator who'd turned red after being called a rabid animal.
