Samiha shouted and everyone was panicking one person called the doctor but another advised that they should take her to the hospital as she was looking pale and tired. While everything was happening Samiha was crying and she started regretting.
Samiha: it's all my fault I shouldn't have forced her to come she was telling me that she is having a stomachache but I thought that she might be making excusesðŸ˜
Aathar: No...it's my fault....ahh I shouldn't have shouted at her I should have asked her if she is fine or not.
Saima was also little bit worried and a little bit jealous too but she managed herself as both her parents were not in an state of managing themselves.
Suddenly someone asked what happened all of her cousins started getting anxious as they thought that it was because of them so non of them dared to say a single word.
Saima: why are you all not saying anything now tell them how you guys were comparing her with me...TELL THEM!!!ðŸ˜
Clara: dad Mom we were just joking with her we didn't knew that...🥺
Clara's mom: what??? Just kidding you know what you were doing? Should I start comparing you with your brother? Huh?

Suzen's dad: I don't think that she fainted because of this. The reason for which she is in this condition is something different. But still who gave you guys right to compare someone with someone else.
some people with Samiha, Saima and Aathar tacking seher went to the hospital, Half an hour later they reached the hospital there the doctor examined her and told that.....
Doctor: be ready it might be something serious we have to do some tests and then only we'll get to know what happened.
Everyone was scared but Samiha was lost she had a lot of things going in her mind. She was standing outside of her room while she was talking to herself.
Samiha's mind: why didn't I listened to her. Am I neglecting her? Yes it's true though that since Saima came my half of attention is on her, but I ..... I...ahhh.... Seher please you have to be fine. Yes yes what am I even thinking how can something happen to her? Ahhh my girl why didn't you told me earlier? It's my fault I am sorry baby please wake up. Please I am begging you.
Aathar on the other side was also regretting his behaviour towards seher.
Saima got a call from a person and she went to answer that..
Saima: hello!
Person: hello! Where are you?
Saima: hospital.
Person: what? Why ? You are fine right? Hey tell me which hospital?
Saima: yeah I am fine and we are at AIIMS. But are y... Hello? Hello?
She came back after the phone was disconnected at same time doctor also came out of the room and asked them...
Doctor: did she had fight with someone?
Samiha was not in a state of answering anything so Aathar responded " no my daughter is a simple girl she never fights with anyone. She can't do that but what is the problem doctor?"
Doctor: she was suffering from internel bleeding although the bleeding has stopped but her body needs blood now who has AB+ blood group in your family?
Aathar: my blood group is AB+ you can take mine
Saima: no Daddy, you have sugar you can't do that.
Doctor: sorry we can't take your blood anyone else?
Saima: Yes, you can take mine.
Suddenly a boy came and said.....
Person: no you can't, you know you are not in that condition to give your blood.
Everyon's jaw was dropped after seeing that boy, he was tall, his hair were brown and his eyes ohh it can't even be explained how beautiful his eyes were he was wearing a coat which enhanced his looks more, he was looking so handsome that even aunties were shocked to see him.

His personality was attracting a lot of attention in the hospital even doctors were looking at him. His smile was killing and.....
Saima ran towards that guy and hugged him.
Saima: what are you doing here?
Boy: I came to look at you and see if you are doing well or having some issues with something.
Boy: doctor my blood group is O+ you can take mine and I am perfectly fine.
Saima: but y...
Boy: ahhhh it's fine I'll come in some time okay.
Saima: hmmm okay...
The guy went towards Aathar and patted his shoulder and said "don't worry uncle everything will be fine just be positive" he smiled and went with the doctor.
Aathar: Saima baby who is he?
Saima: Daddy I told you about a boy who helped me in everything he is that boy.
Aathar: ahhh I didn't expected him to be so handsome and kind.
Saima: yes he is, not only this he is really busy as he studies and also his business. I don't know how much meeting he postponed so that he can come to India.
Clara's mom: WHAT!?! Doesn't he lives in India?
Saima: no he lives in US while his family lives in Japan but he is an Indian only.
Two hours later he came back with the doctor
and Samiha ran towards the doctor
Samiha: doctor how is my daughter now? She is fine right?
Doctor: yeah she'll be fine now, all thanks to this young man, we will observe her today and if everything goes well you can take her home tomorrow evening. But yes I advise you to call police so that they'll know what happened with her because I don't think it's that simple. Internal bleeding is not normal she might have experienced some physical assault. She was lucky that bleeding was less and it stopped on it's own if the bleeding wouldn't have stopped then we would have to do an operation on her.
Boy: don't worry doctor we'll look into this thanks.
The doctor patted on that boy's back and went, towards Samiha and Aathar and said "your daughter is really strong" then Samiha went towards that boy...
Samiha: thanks a lot I don't know how I should thank you.
Boy: no no aunty please don't embarrass me you don't have to thank me just thank god he sent me for your daughter. Ohh BTW I forgot to introduce myself. Hi I am Meekail and I am Saima's friend 😇
Aathar: Hi Meekail, Saima told us that you have your own company and that you might have left a lot of meetings to come here.
