The First Madam had come to pay a visit. She brought Long Yan with her. Long Yan was not told about his uncle's condition, so he did not bother to keep his voice down.
Xiao Yue got dressed and tucked Long Zhao Feng in properly. Before she left, she pressed a kiss on the sleeping man's forehead. As soon as she came out, the little boy pounced at her.
"Auntie, where is Uncle???" The little boy demanded.
Xiao Yue was unable to answer. Long Zhao Feng did not look too good. Should she even let the boy meet him?
Sister Hua emerged from the kitchen. Upon seeing Long Yan, she frowned and answered on Xiao Yue's behalf, "Your uncle is resting. Do not disturb him!"
Long Yan shrunk and hid behind Xiao Yue. He was terribly afraid of Sister Hua.
The First Madam pulled Long Yan out and patted his head.
"Maid," she called and a maid promptly came over to serve.
"Yes, First Madam?"
"Please take Young Master Long Yan to rest for a while."
