Xiao Yue screamed when she discovered the originally snow-white puppy, all dirty from mud in the middle of her little farm. She ran right into the mud and chased after the puppy. Frightened, it yowled and ran out, crying all the way for its master.
"DON'T RUN, YOU!!! HOW DARE YOU DESTROY MY PLANTS!!!"
Xiao Yue swiftly went on a chase. She kept her gaze down, eyes like those of a hunter aiming for his prey. Because she did not pay full attention to her surrounding, she ended up bumping into someone while trying to snatch the tiny animal. A pair of hands grabbed her shoulders to stop her from falling down.
"Wahh, Big Sister, you look a lot healthier now!"
Xiao Yue looked up to that grinning handsome face, and she instantly decidedly ignored him. She had to hunt that naughty dog!
The puppy whined and hid between the folds of the young man's robe. He laughed and picked it up before Xiao Yue could grab it.
