Nutrition is very important to the human beings and animals. We have to give a good nutrition to our body if we give a good nutrition our body gets repaired if any problem happens and our body likes if we give a good nutrition. Mainly our body needs six kinds of nutrients they are: Vitamins, Minerals, Proteins, Fats, Water, and Carbohydrates. Some ways you can improve your nutrition that are: (1) Keep your calories intake to a reasonable amount
(2) Enjoy the food but eat less
(3) Try to eat more of these : Vegetables, Fruits, Whole grains, Lean Proteins, and some low fat dairy products.
(4) Reduce the salt intake and cut down the canned, Packed and frozen processed foods.
These are some points which we should maintain our health and Nutritions.
