Chapter 1013: Qi Roc!
Ruby's face had an ugly expression; despite getting a rare species, she only got a lesser quality beast. She then took a deep breath and suppressed the frustration in her heart.
She went ahead and placed the card in the slit right of the screen and then returned her focus to the screen.
The square light began to rotate at an unprecedented rate while there was a "7" on top of the screen.
Five seconds passed, and the rotation stopped. A beast never seen by Ruby then appeared on the screen.
As Ruby gazed at the screen, she saw a flying creature that belonged to the Roc group, but it had features that were new to her. Since Rocs belonged to a strong group in the beast's group, her eyes were filled with anticipation this time.
Not long after, a card appeared out of thin air and flew into her hands.
