Chapter 298: The Egg(1)
"Cough!" Lewis did a fake cough to bring the attention of the crowd back to him.
The Townhead trying to make his daughter smile was a commendable job, but he still had a job left to do. For him, the adventurer was scarier than David or Mark, the previous Townhead.
The slight cough broke the silence pervading the area as the crowd looked at Lewis. They then remembered that there was still a product left before the auction ended.
"Congratulations to David Scott for becoming our new Townhead. If it was some other time, we would've ended the auction, but there's still a product left, and that product isn't any less valuable than the golden key," Lewis announced, as the next moment, a giant egg half the size of him appeared on the stage.
Only David in the crowd was able to see how the egg out of nowhere appeared on the stage.
