Since the Suleon would have William's help to complete the first quest, its difficulty had grown as well. William was a level 200+ adventurer, so the requirement would consider that.

The screen detailed the first quest. It wanted the Suleon to become the overlord of the Francia Forest. It was the territory of the Crazed Boars. These creatures were gigantic in shape and got angry.
Their strength was for everyone to see, as the Francia Forest was a forbidden zone for any being below Level 235. Unfortunately for William, he was only Level 234, so it was a similar zone for him since there was not only a Level 235 Crazed Boar in the forest but also tens and hundreds of thousands of other level boars.
The more William looked at the screen, the more frustrated he became, so he waved his hands, and the screen disappeared.
