As the night ended, morning came. The next part of the training was about to start. I got dressed and headed to the training room where El Entrenador was waiting for me.
" Today we will be working on your elements. You can control all 4 elements, fire,water,wind, and earth."
"That's really cool!" I exclaimed. I was so excited because I would always dream about controlling water like they do on tv.
"The first element we will work with is wind, which is the easiest element. Just concentrate on the flow of the wind. Try to change the direction of the flow."
"Okay. Will do." I did what he told me to do. I closed my eyes and concentrated on the wind. It was blowing from north to south. I thought about the wind going from south to north. When that thought came to mind the wind stopped for a second, then started again in the direction I was thinking. I opened my eyes and started to smile out of happiness that it worked on my first try.
"You did it!" he exclaimed. We both jumped up and down. To get the hang of it a little bit more we changed the wind in different ways.
Now, we will be learning water. It is the second easiest. Just focus on the flow of the water and how you want to change it. Once you see it move, then you will know that you have completed this lesson," he said. We walked over to a lake that appeared out of thin air. I didn't freak out because by now I was used to things just popping out of nowhere. I looked at the water and concentrated really hard on it. I motioned for the water to lift and make a tiny waterfall. It did as I commanded and I was so happy that I lost focus. The water dropped so hard that it splashed me and El Entrenador. We backed up, so it only splashed us a little bit. We worked on that for a little while.
" Okay! Two out of four elements, " he said ecstatically, "Only two more to go"
"Your next element is fire. This one you can do two ways. One way is creating fire from thin air, and another is using fire that is already there. The first way will be a little tricky. You have to use some of your energy from your magic and think about fire sitting in your hands. This should let the fire build up, then just throw the fireball towards the target. Do this then I will tell you the second way." I then lifted my hand as if I was holding something in it. I closed my eyes and strained as if to flex the little muscles that I have. In an instant I felt a static of energy coming from my core into my hand. I looked over to the hand that I was holding out because I felt a burst of heat. I conjure a fireball! I stayed focused even though I was surprised. I threw a fireball at the target and it hit perfectly. I looked at El Entrenador and he looked pleased.
"Good job! For the other way we will be using the fireplace," as he said that a fire place appeared, "This tactic is the same as the water tactic. The only difference is that it is fire instead of water." As he said that, I remembered exactly what I had to do. I focused on the fire and used my mind to tell it what to do. At that moment The fire swirled around me and El Entrenador, then went back into the fire place. I was getting the hang of the fire power, so I decided to have a little fun with it. I made a fire family and had them do a little dance. When the dance finished they went back into the fire. El Entrenador was impressed.
" Good. Good. Only one more element to go then we can rest, I promise," He said gesturing to my yawn.
" Next is the most important, Earth. You can talk to animals, control the plants, and control the dust etc. Before you can do this you will have to do a chant and become one with the Earth herself. I will help you with the chant part. After this you will be able to control all consisting of the Earth element very easily."
"Say this with me, Soy uno con la tierra."
"Soy uno la tierra," I repeated while we sat in a pentagon. We chanted this three times. After we finished chanting I had felt the energy running through my body. We blew out all five candles at each point of the pentagon. After that I tried To grow a rose out of thin air. The power was stronger than I thought because a whole rose bush grew. I tried to control the sand, but just a few grains of sand turned into a whole sand storm. I had made it stop and everything went peaceful. Once the sand went down I seen a Wolf. I heard it speak and got scared.
"Come. Follow me," the wolf said. I followed him and we landed in the middle of a forest. Animals of all sorts started to talk at once. They crowded me until I crouched down and held my ears. In that moment everything went black. I felt a man's arms wrap around me and pick me up. I couldn't tell who right then.
